Dior - Reviews and experiences

I bought something not too long ago, but they sent me the wrong thing. I tried to reach out to them to fix it, but all I got back was unclear answers and they never sorted out the problem.

I bought a bottle of Savage Parfum recently, and was really let down by it. The smell wasn't as strong and long-lasting as I thought it would be. When I reached out to customer service with the batch number to get some answers, I got no reply at all. This lack of communication and responsibility from the brand has made me doubt if the product is even real or trustworthy. It seems like they might have changed the formula, because the scent didn't stick around like it was supposed to.

I recently bought a perfume online and I think it might be fake. It's been two months since I got it and I noticed some differences between the perfume I got and the real deal. The scent doesn't last as long and it just doesn't smell the same. I'm pretty disappointed in the product quality. Even though I made sure to buy it from the brand's official website to be sure it was real, it seems like it's not. When I reached out to customer service about my concerns, they told me that the formula for the Dior J'adore L'or perfume had changed, but I don't believe that's true. Overall, I'm not happy with the perfume or the way customer service handled this problem.

So, I bought some Dior Addict lipstick and Dior Nail Polish online, and I was supposed to get two free samples with my order. But when my package arrived, the box was open, the products weren't in packages, and the free samples were missing. It was a letdown, especially because Dior is known for their quality. I tried reaching out to customer service about it, but they didn't really seem to care. Then, I ordered again, and once more, the promised free samples weren't there.

I bought something really pricey from this store, thinking it would be top-notch. But man, was I let down. The item I got wasn't the quality I was hoping for, and I felt like I got ripped off. I even asked for some samples with my order, but what I got was really not up to par. When I asked about it, they said the good stuff was out of stock. Like, come on, for a high-end brand, that's just not cool. Customers shouldn't feel disappointed after splurging on luxury stuff.
