Foundation purchase
I bought this foundation thinking it would give me a nice matte finish that would stay on all day. But man, was I ever disappointed. Even though I have regular skin and did everything the instructions said, the foundation became greasy after a bit and completely disappeared after only five hours. Not cool! I was expecting better long-lasting coverage that doesn't feel heavy from this brand.
Delayed Delivery for Christmas
I just ordered something from the Estée Lauder website, hoping to get it before Christmas. But they didn't send out my order until 3 days later, so now it won't arrive on time. I'm really bummed out because I count on getting things when I need them. Next time, I'll make sure to check the reviews first.
Estée Lauder mascara
I recently bought two Estée Lauder mascaras based on recommendations, but they didn't work out for me. They were packed too tightly on the brush, making it hard to apply without it getting clumpy. Even when I tried wiping off the extra mascara, there wasn't much left on the brush. Despite the expensive cost, I was disappointed with how they worked and won't be buying them again.

I was so excited to try out this makeup set for sensitive skin! I've always struggled to find products that don't upset my skin. The foundation was amazing - it covered well without feeling too thick. And the eyeshadow colors were stunning and lasted so long. Staff treatment and product quality
This company is absolutely terrible when it comes to how they treat their employees. I was bullied, received no proper training, had to deal with unprofessional behavior from HR, and even had issues with my pay, which made it hard to pay my bills. The higher-ups didn't care and denied everything, making the work environment toxic and giving me lots of anxiety. On top of that, the products are not even good, which just makes everything worse. I really recommend avoiding this company, whether you're thinking of working there or buying their stuff.
Reward scheme
I've been a loyal customer for more than thirty years and recently started buying directly from the company. Sadly, my experience with the rewards program hasn't been great. Even though I'm in the top tier for points, I didn't get the full-sized moisturizer I requested and just got a sample instead. When I tried to get help from customer service, it took a whopping two weeks to talk to someone, only to be told that I didn't claim the reward properly at checkout. This isn't the kind of service I expect from a brand I've been supporting for so long. To top it off, I've had bad encounters with an Estée Lauder team member at Liverpool airport and have been mistreated and disregarded by the customer service team in the past.

Man, let me tell you, I was so let down by the online service at this store. I mean, I absolutely love their products, but the whole ordering experience was just a disaster. Like, I waited almost two weeks for my order to even budge from "in warehouse" status. So then I tried to reach out through their online chat for customer service, but man, I waited for over an hour FOUR times and got no response. It totally frustrated me, so I ended up calling their customer service line. And get this, I had to wait for another hour before finally getting connected to someone who seemed to have no clue what was going on. They promised me a refund, but then six hours later, I get an email saying my order was already on its way. Can you believe that? I spent so much dough and this is the lousy service I get? Just not right, man.

Double Wear Waterproof Gel Eye Pencils
When I first saw these Double Wear Waterproof Gel Eye Pencils in the gorgeous Sapphire blue color, I was completely drawn to them and decided to splurge on two of them at £28 each. But when I tried them for the first time, I was so disappointed. The pencil was super thick and clumpy, and blending it was a real struggle. I tried to sharpen it with my regular Dior sharpener, not realizing I needed the special one from the brand that cost an extra £7.50. But even with that, the gel crayon kept breaking and falling out, making it impossible to use. And to top it off, the Sapphire blue color stained my cream carpet, making a big mess. It was definitely not worth the price I paid!
