I ordered a pair of shoes that never made it to me, even though the tracking said they were at the depot for delivery. I contacted customer service and they got back to me right away, saying they'd send me another pair. Luckily, the second pair actually arrived. The customer service was awesome, but I was bummed about the first order not showing up. The shoes are super comfy, though.
