Several items
I bought some stuff not long ago and, y'know what, the delivery and customer service totally sucked. It took forever for the items to arrive, like a whole month late, and when they finally did, they were the wrong size! I tried to get a refund or exchange by reaching out to customer service, but even after bugging them for a month, I still haven't heard back. It's pretty disappointing to see a company drop the ball on their response and not take responsibility for their mistakes.
Order placed on 2nd Feb 2021
I ordered something on February 2nd of this year, and I was really looking forward to getting it. But when I checked the status the day before it was supposed to arrive, I found out that they ran out of stock and I had to talk to customer service. It was a huge letdown because I had been waiting for over a month without any updates. It's now March 10th, and I'm still waiting for a refund for my whole order. All in all, my experience has been pretty disappointing and frustrating.
Incorrect dress colour
I just bought something and it didn't go as planned. I asked for colour 02, but I got colour 01 two times in a row. I was really looking forward to wearing the dress in the colour I picked out. It was pretty disappointing, eh?
Cute clothes but bad shipping fees!
So I bought some really cute clothes online, but when I looked at my card, I saw they charged me double for shipping! And I swear I had a coupon. Total rip-off, right? I wish there was a way to cancel before they actually sent my order. Seriously, don't shop here, it's a complete scam!
Waitin' too long for my order!
OMG, I can't believe how long it's taking for my order to come! It's been so long and they're still sayin' it's bein' processed. And now they're sayin' that one of the things I ordered is out of stock! They're gonna give me a refund, but not for the full amount of that item. Like, why was it even available when I ordered it? Ugh, it's so annoying!
Cancelled order after payment
How could you cancel my order after I already paid for it? I am completely shocked and disappointed by this!
Large order of super see-through clothes 🙅♀️
I ordered a bunch of things, but they were way too see-through, you could see my undies right through them! Had to send it all back, but the return process is so long, it's like 27 steps! And it's been 14 whole days and they still haven't given me my money back, so frustrating! Customer service keeps asking for my tracking number and order ID, even though I've already given it to them 13 times, like seriously?
Robes for cosplay and skit
I'm usually not too sure about buying stuff from ads on social media, but I just had to get my hands on these cool robes that looked like they were straight out of an anime or Star Wars. They fit me perfectly and are so comfy to wear. I'm thinking of using them for cosplay or maybe even in a skit down the line. The quality of the robes was even better than I expected, and I can't wait to see what other creative products this company comes up with next.
Clothes
I just bought some clothes from this shop for the first time. It was alright, but I'm not too sure what to expect since it's my first time shopping here. I'll keep you posted and let you know how it all turns out once my clothes arrive.
Leather shoes
I just bought these shoes that were supposed to be real leather from this company, but when I got them, they were definitely not real leather. They were made of pleather or vinyl, not what I thought I was getting. The quality was pretty bad, not worth the price. And the customer service was no help at all; I wasn't sure they'd even take them back for a refund. Overall, I was really let down by the whole thing.
Important meeting outfit
Are you serious with this outfit? I ordered it for a really big meeting and you want me to believe I can just get it later? That doesn't make any sense, sweetie. I needed it right away, not whenever you decide to drop it off. What a letdown in terms of service.
Purchased ill-fitting clothing
The clothes I bought from that website were really bad - they didn't fit well and were just okay in quality. I tried reaching out to customer service about my issues, but they didn't help me at all. The clothes even had loose threads sticking out, showing that they were poorly made. I was so let down by my experience with that website that I won't be buying from them again.

I just bought some clothes online and it was kind of a mixed bag. Ordering was easy, but there were some problems with the billing. They accidentally charged me twice because my order got duplicated without asking me first. I tried reaching out to customer service, but they didn't really solve the issue. On top of that, some of the stuff I got looked nothing like the pictures on the website and was in bad shape. It made me wonder if the product descriptions and images were even reliable. All in all, it was a letdown and now I'm not sure if I'll shop there again.

Recent clothing purchase
I bought some clothes online from this store recently, and I was totally impressed with the quality and selection of stuff they had. The website was a breeze to use, and I found exactly what I wanted. Ordering was easy peasy, and I got regular updates on when my package was on its way. All in all, it was a fantastic shopping experience, and I'll be back for sure!
Anime-style robes purchase
I tend to just ignore ads on social media, eh, but when I came across these anime-style robes, I couldn't help myself. They totally looked like they came straight out of a sci-fi flick and I just had to get my hands on them, ya know? So, I bought 'em and was pleasantly surprised by how perfectly they fit and how nice the fabric felt. I'm thinking about using them for cosplay or maybe in a skit down the road. All in all, I was super happy with my purchase and I'm crossing my fingers for more cool stuff from this company in the future, eh.
Cargopants and T-shirts
My experience with the company was amazing, eh? The customer support was really helpful, eh, and they always got back to me quickly when I had any issues. Even though there was a bit of a delay in getting my stuff because of everything going on in the world, the company kept me updated and it was totally worth the wait, eh. The quality of the items, like the cargopants and T-shirts I bought, was way better than I expected for the price. Overall, I'm super happy with my experience and would definitely suggest this company to others, eh.
Fast delivery of accurate styles
The order I got came really quickly, and I was so happy with how closely the styles matched the pictures. The items were just what I wanted, and I'm really satisfied with my purchase. I'll definitely think about ordering from this company again.
Poor quality fabric
Honestly, I wouldn't suggest ordering from this store. I bought two items, and even though they came fast, they were both made of lousy fabric. It's a bit of a gamble with Yoins, and in my case, it definitely didn't work out. I'm currently trying to get my money back, and let me tell you, it's not simple. You have to keep bugging them for your refund. It's too much of a hassle for what it's worth. If you're unsure about ordering from here, I would recommend checking out other options. There are lots of other stores with better products and easier refund policies. Save yourself the trouble and shop somewhere else.
Wrong size and poor quality items
I just bought two things from this company and I was so let down when they came in the wrong size and made out of cheap, flimsy fabric. I tried reaching out to customer service a bunch of times to get a return label but the email address and phone number they gave just didn't work. It's a really bad way to treat customers and I wouldn't suggest this company to anyone. Do yourself a favor and stay away from them at all costs.
