I've been using this email platform for about a year now, eh, and it's super reliable, you know! Writing emails and newsletters is a breeze, and everything is just so easy to figure out, eh. I don't have a ton of leads right now, but I send emails to lots of clients every day and it works like a charm, you bet. No spam issues at all, eh!

I bought the things my nutritionist recommended from this online store. It was good at first, but then they started charging me every month without my permission. They didn't mention that would happen, which is sneaky and not cool. I'm still waiting to see if the products actually work, but I won't be purchasing from them again. Tricking customers is not acceptable.

The first email I got was nice and even included the CEO's email in case I had any questions, but every time I've tried to get in touch, it's been a dead end. The customer service inbox seems to be full because all my emails keep bouncing back. I get that businesses can hit some bumps in the road, but good communication is super important for keeping customers happy. It would've been really nice to know if there were any delays or issues with my order.

Full year subscription
My experience was awful, eh? I couldn't even log in to change my subscription, so I ended up getting charged for the whole year. The customer service team's reply was so disappointing, they just told me about their no refunds policy and kept pushing for me to just enjoy the subscription for the rest of the year. Not being able to turn off the auto-renewal without any heads-up was really annoying. I really don't want to keep getting these items for the next 11 months, and those constant coupons they send aren't even helpful, eh.

Efficient and reliable breast pump
I just got myself a breast pump and let me tell you, it's been a total lifesaver. Super easy to use and really good at getting the job done. But then, just my luck, the thing crapped out on me while still under warranty. So I called up customer service, and let me tell you, they were on it right away.
