    Face mask purchase

    I ordered some face masks on December 27, hoping to get regular updates on when they would arrive. However, I haven't heard anything since then. The first email I got was nice and even included the CEO's email in case I had any questions, but every time I've tried to get in touch, it's been a dead end. The customer service inbox seems to be full because all my emails keep bouncing back. I get that businesses can hit some bumps in the road, but good communication is super important for keeping customers happy. It would've been really nice to know if there were any delays or issues with my order.

    Recent online purchases

    My recent online orders didn't show up when they were supposed to. I gave customer service a call and they told me that my stuff got sent to my old address by mistake. The good news is, the folks at Fanatics customer service fixed everything right away and made sure my missing items were sent to the right address. I gotta say, I was pretty impressed with how fast they took care of the problem.

    Thank you for sorting that out quickly and getting me my refund. I was pretty frustrated at first, but I'm happy that they fixed it right away. It's always good to give credit where credit is due.

    Trying to rent a car online

    So I was trying to rent a car online, eh? And you won't believe what happened - it was a complete disaster, eh. I filled in all my info and stuff, but then they said my ID was "invalid." Like, what in the world does that even mean, eh? So now I gotta ask for a refund and they're not even getting back to me! I mean, seriously, all I want is my money back, for crying out loud. Definitely the worst experience ever, so don't waste your time renting from there. I should have checked the reviews first, eh?

    Obstructed view tickets

    The tickets I got were supposed to be really good seats, but when I got there, my view was like looking through a tiny window! I thought they were gonna send the tickets to my hotel, but they sent them to my house instead! Not cool, eh!

    I recently bought a new suit from this company and I have to say, I was pretty disappointed with the customer service I got. I sent a bunch of emails about doing an exchange, but all I got back were slow answers and no real solution to my problem. It's just not right, especially coming from a company known for good stuff.

    Efficient and reliable breast pump

    I just got myself a breast pump and let me tell you, it's been a total lifesaver. Super easy to use and really good at getting the job done. But then, just my luck, the thing crapped out on me while still under warranty. So I called up customer service, and let me tell you, they were on it right away. Sent me a replacement pump quick as a wink, got it in just 2 days! It's obvious to me that this company really cares about their customers, especially us mamas who need top-notch products.
