For someone juggling client lists and daily campaigns, that clutter adds up. On the plus side, core deliverability seems okay and basic reporting gives enough insight to iterate. That keeps me mildly optimistic — if the team fixed the editor and made it easier to move content between features (and allowed bulk uploads from a spreadsheet), this would be a solid product for solo operators and small teams. For now it's usable but fiddly, and for the price I expected a cleaner, more modern experience.
