    Long-time user, 7+ years

    I've been using this email marketing platform for over 7 years now and I gotta say, it's been a pretty solid ride. I mainly stick to the basics like sending emails, setting up autoresponders, and creating forms, but I've gotta admit, the custom design options can be a pain sometimes, especially with forms. But overall, I stick with this platform because I think it's got the most bang for my buck.

    I've seen a lot of improvements in how the platform works and looks over the years, which is great. And lemme tell ya, the customer service used to be a total nightmare, but it's gotten a whole lot better lately.

    Ez to use email platform

    GetResponse is awesome, eh! I've tried so many email platforms, but this one is definitely my favourite, for sure. They have this amazing live chat feature that I can use whenever I run into a problem or have a question. And let me tell ya, they always reply super quickly, like in just minutes, eh! And on top of that, they're constantly updating their app and using AI, so you know they're right up there on the cutting edge, eh. The reports they provide are great, and the platform itself is really user-friendly. Overall, I just can't get enough of GetResponse, I tell ya!

    Auto Responder platform

    This auto responder platform is just terrible. It never works right and half the time it's not even working at all. When you try to integrate something, they suspend you for no good reason. It's such a waste of time and energy. They say they're all about making money, but they don't actually let their users make any money. It's crazy how they're raking in millions while not letting others make a living. It's just ridiculous. Happy Valentine's GetNoResponse.

    When I started dealing with the tech team, things were going well. But gotta say, I wasn't too happy with the higher-ups at the company. The service wasn't what they promised, and it caused a lot of frustration for me. I couldn't even send emails for the first couple of weeks, so the service was pretty much useless. When I asked for a refund or a discount for the next month, they said no. Blazej from the senior management was really stubborn and wouldn't budge on it. Being a new customer, I felt let down by how they treated me and now I'm thinking about looking into other options after this experience.

    I've been a loyal customer of this company for a long time now, eh. But, I've gotta say, I've been pretty disappointed with their customer service lately. Even though I've had good experiences with them in the past, the guidance I've been getting from their reps has been off-base, leading to some serious mistakes on my account. These errors have actually cost me money and have made me less happy with the company. Even though they said they're looking into it, there hasn't been any improvement yet. Next thing I know, my account gets shut down out of nowhere and nobody bothered to tell me why. When I tried getting in touch with their support team for help, it was like talking to a brick wall - no response whatsoever. This whole lack of communication had me feeling frustrated and completely stuck, and the worst part is that my business took a hit because of it.     Paid for email list but got scammed

    Get Response straight up took my money for an email list that I was counting on, but then they pulled the plug on me and refused to give me my money back. Not cool at all. I was looking forward to sending out awesome emails to everyone, but now I'm stuck with nothing - no list, no money. Major disappointment, dude.

    I recently gave a new email marketing software a shot and it turned out to be a complete disaster. I've been loyal to a different platform for years now, but decided to switch things up and test this one out. As soon as I started sending emails to my list, I ran into over 90% errors. They quickly suspended my account, claiming that my emails were inactive. I tried explaining that I've been using the same list for years without any problems on my old software, but they never bothered to reply. I asked for a refund since I couldn't use my account, but they just ignored me. All in all, it was a terrible experience and I really think you should steer clear of this company.

    Email Marketing Shutdown

    GetResponse suddenly disabled all of my optin forms because of a ReCaptcha problem, which really messed up my email marketing. I quickly fixed the ReCaptcha issue, but their tech support didn't get back to me for over 12 hours, leaving me hanging. And even when they said they fixed it, I still had trouble and had a hard time getting them to deal with ongoing issues. It's not cool to have such poor communication and support, especially since it's affecting my business and I've been using their service for years. This whole thing has been really frustrating and now I'm on the lookout for other options.
