    Email marketing service purchase

    When I started dealing with the tech team, things were going well. But gotta say, I wasn't too happy with the higher-ups at the company. The service wasn't what they promised, and it caused a lot of frustration for me. I couldn't even send emails for the first couple of weeks, so the service was pretty much useless. When I asked for a refund or a discount for the next month, they said no. Blazej from the senior management was really stubborn and wouldn't budge on it. Being a new customer, I felt let down by how they treated me and now I'm thinking about looking into other options after this experience.
