    I'm really let down by the service from this company. They totally dropped the ball when it comes to customer service. The dispatch date was missed and it took them days to get back to me when I reached out. It's so frustrating to shell out money for a service and not even get basic communication. I should've checked the reviews before buying, that's for sure.

    Hey there, I just wanted to share my experience trying to book airport parking online. So, I went through the whole process, but I never received any confirmation. Then, when I reached out for help, no one even bothered to answer my message. It feels like they just don't care. And to top it off, I still haven't received my money back. Honestly, this whole situation is making me think this place might be fake!

    Ski boots out of warranty

    My time at this store getting help from customer service was honestly amazing. I had some ski boots that were way past their warranty, and I wasn't sure if I should bother bringing them in for repairs. But the staff were so helpful and really tried their best to find a solution for me. They were super patient and took the time to go through all the options with me. In the end, they were able to fix my boots for a really fair price. I was so impressed by how much they cared about making sure I was happy as a customer. I can't praise this store enough for their top-notch customer service.

    Puffer jacket and faux leather coat

    I wasn't too sure about the prices at first, but I thought, "What the heck!" and ordered myself a puffer jacket and a faux leather coat. Turns out, I was pleasantly surprised because both items were top-notch quality. The puffer jacket kept me cozy during those freezing winter days, and the faux leather coat was stylish and super comfy. I was so relieved to see that my money was well spent.

    Winter Jacket Purchase

    Got sent the wrong size winter jacket at first and had to call in for 35 minutes to get the right size ordered. Waited more than a week for it to show up, just to find out they never shipped it 'cause they ran out of stock. Didn't even bother to give me a heads up about it, hoping I wouldn't notice. Communication and customer service were just plain awful.

    Ink for specific printer model

    I ordered some ink cartridges for my printer from a website, eh. Turned out they didn't have them in stock and said it would take a week or two to get them. So I waited patiently, but after two weeks, there was still no progress, you know? I tried emailing them, but got no reply. When I called customer service on January 6th, they put me on hold a bunch of times and said they still didn't have the items in stock, and it could be another 1-2 weeks. I got frustrated and decided to cancel my order over the phone. But by January 9th, I hadn't gotten any confirmation of the cancellation or heard about a refund. After trying multiple times to get in touch with them, I finally got confirmation on January 10th that the cancellation was underway. But then, surprise surprise, the ink cartridges showed up that same day, straight from Japan and made in Indonesia! I had already ordered from somewhere else and now need to cancel to avoid getting double, you get me? This whole thing has totally turned me off from using their services again.

    I ordered three giant foam cushions with matching covers, and let me tell you, they are absolutely AMAZING. I chose the super cool blue fabric with zippers in the corner. They fit like a glove and look really nice. The fabric seems top-notch and putting them on was a piece of cake. The shipping was quick and ordering was easy peasy. I'm honestly so thrilled with my buy, especially since the price was much better than other places. I would totally shop here again.
