I sent an email to customer service to try and fix it, but all they sent me back were those automated replies with their terms and conditions. They wouldn't even listen to me asking for a refund of the extra money I paid. It was pretty disappointing to see them treat me like that, I felt like they didn't really care about helping me out or talking to me properly.
