My bus ride was so great! It was right on time, which was awesome since I had to meet my pals and catch another bus. The bus was really clean and comfy, which was perfect because I was sitting for so long. It even had wifi, which was amazing. I would totally recommend this bus ride!

I decided to hop on the bus as suggested by my hotel in Venice because of the train strikes. Gotta say, I was pleasantly surprised by the whole experience. The bus was super clean, had big windows for a nice view, and the ride was smooth and quiet. The seats were comfy and the bathroom was tidy. Even with all the holiday traffic, the bus still managed to get to our destination on time. But once we got to Ljubljana, things got a bit chaotic when everyone tried to get off the bus at once and grab their luggage. Luckily, the driver was there to help with organizing the luggage situation. All in all, I was pretty impressed with the service and would definitely consider taking the bus again.

The bus was bang on time, which was awesome. The driver was super friendly and gave us a nice welcome message before we took off. The bus was spotless and cozy. But, all that goodness was kinda spoiled by some loud passengers yapping on their phones through the bus speakers the whole darn trip!

Also, the timing issue on my invoice was a big inconvenience because I had to wait an extra hour at the bus station. But even with these problems, the rest of the trip was pretty good in terms of comfort and speed.

I had no problems with my luggage and the Q-code system made getting on the bus super quick. I was happy that my seats, 12A and 12B, were available in a packed bus. The driver was professional and drove safely, which I appreciated. It was nice that the information was in both Croatian and English over the speaker system. I was also able to charge my phone without any issues during the journey.

But, I gotta say, the bus itself could use some improvements. The seats were really tight and not very comfy, and it was kind of a bummer that seats 12A and 12B didn't have curtains. Plus, the broken handrest and damaged nets for storing things in front of passengers were pretty inconvenient.

My time with this bus company was pretty good overall. I liked that the buses were on time, the facilities were clean, and the drivers were friendly. But it would be even better if they had a proper waiting area for us passengers, especially when the train stations aren't open. Standing on the street just doesn't feel right.

I took a bus from Torino to Verona not long ago and the driver was amazing! It was raining on May 1st, which is also World Employees Day, but he still made sure everyone on the bus was comfortable and happy. He gave out paper towels to people who were wet, including their stuff, and asked if anyone needed help before we left. His kindness and hard work really made the trip special. I've been using this bus service for three years now, and this driver's exceptional service definitely stood out as one of the best experiences I've had.
