Review about: Lovepop
Failed birthday card delivery
I felt really let down by my experience at Lovepop. I ordered a bunch of birthday cards, two of which I personalized for my mom and aunt, with delivery planned for their birthdays at the end of February. Sadly, the cards never showed up, and what made it worse was that I didn't even get a heads up about the delivery issue. I only found out when I checked my order status on their website and saw it was still labeled as "Unfulfilled." After contacting them, I did get a refund, but that was the bare minimum they could do. My mom and aunt missed out on their birthday wishes and "flowers" because of this mess. I normally send real flowers, but this time I wanted to try something new. Huge mistake. Lovepop, you've lost my trust and any future business. The lack of communication and reliability is just not okay.

Misleading Information
These people are such big liars! I bought a ticket thinking I could get to my destination in half the time they said, but I ended up wasting hours on the road. It's false advertising and I'm not happy about it. They should be called out for being so dishonest. Don't believe their lies like I did, just save yourself the trouble and find another way to travel.

Camping chair
I bought a camping chair from this company, and let me tell you, it's total junk. It's so uncomfortable to sit in for more than a few minutes, and it started falling apart after only a couple of uses. The wood is flimsy, and the whole thing feels cheap. I could have gotten a nicer chair at a yard sale for way less money. Don't waste your money on this outdoor furniture company.

I bought some glasses from KITS not too long ago, and I had a bit of a problem with the nose pads falling off and disappearing. But when I reached out to Customer Service about it, they got back to me right away and really went the extra mile. They didn't have replacement nose pads, so instead, they sent me a whole new pair of glasses. I was really impressed with how much they cared about making sure the problem was sorted out quickly.

Supersoft swaddle without stretch
I bought a really soft swaddle from this store not too long ago. The product description said it was stretchy, and that's why I decided to get it. But when I got it and washed it, I found out that it actually doesn't stretch at all. It's soft and good quality, but I was bummed that it didn't have the stretch I was hoping for. I was really counting on it fitting my baby snugly, but that didn't happen with this swaddle.

Bus ride convenience
The bus ride was nice and went smoothly. It arrived and left on schedule, giving us a quick and comfy ride. The price was really good, making it a top choice for travel. But, things got kinda confusing at the station because it wasn't clear which bus was going where. People had to keep asking for info, which was stressful and confusing. Plus, there weren't clear signs on the bus, so it was tough to tell if you were getting on the right one. The driver didn't say where we were going or help with luggage, which was a letdown.

Yoga app purchase
The yoga app has some good content, but man, trying to navigate through it is a total nightmare, especially on the AppleTV app. They have so many classes, but it's like trying to find a needle in a haystack because the navigation is just so bad. You can't even sort or filter classes by length, which makes it even harder to find what you're actually looking for. And you can't even save classes to your favorites, so that whole feature is basically useless. Sometimes, the left navigation covers up the class you're trying to watch, and there's no way to make it go away without closing the app. If you accidentally close out of a class, too bad, you gotta start all over again. And there's no way to keep track of which classes you've already taken, so good luck trying to remember them all. And to top it off, the app has issues loading, which just makes everything more frustrating. I ended up canceling my membership because the usability problems were more than the content was worth. Some of the teachers were fantastic, but some were not so great. The Yoga app could be amazing, but they really need to fix up the app.

Bouquet with vase, card, and chocolates
I just bought a bouquet for a special occasion that was supposed to come with a vase, card, and chocolates. The order arrived on time, but I was not happy with what I got. The bouquet looked nothing like what I picked out, there was no vase in the package, and the chocolates were not the brand I was expecting. I paid a good amount of money for these items and was hoping for better quality. I was really disappointed with what I received and would not suggest this service to others after my experience.

Online order status
I just made a purchase online and it has been a total nightmare dealing with this brand. I placed my order at the start of the month and was told it would arrive in four days. But it's been weeks now and still no sign of it. I've tried reaching out to their customer service through different ways but haven't heard anything back. It looks like they're still accepting orders and money but not actually sending out the products. This is so not cool and really unprofessional for a brand that's supposed to care about its customers.

Bluetooth headphones purchase
I recently got a pair of Bluetooth headphones from this company, and I gotta say, I'm really disappointed with my purchase. The prices are way too high for what you actually get, and the warranty they promise is pretty much useless. I bought the headphones in August 2020, and by March 2021, the microphone stopped working. When I reached out to customer service, they told me it might be because I was using the headphones with an Android device, even though their products are apparently made for Apple devices. This info wasn't anywhere on their site, so I felt like they tricked me and didn't treat me right as a customer. Plus, they wouldn't honor the supposed 2-year warranty, so now I'm stuck with a product that doesn't work and a bad taste in my mouth.

E-reader purchase
This little gadget has been a game-changer for me. I've tried other readers before, but they just didn't work out - too bulky, slow, and terrible format support. This e-reader, on the other hand, is a perfect fit for me. It's compact, has a decent refresh speed (considering these things are never lightning-fast), fits comfortably in my hand, and supports most of the formats I need. I mainly use it for PDFs, and as long as I'm in landscape mode and zoomed in slightly, I have a good reading experience. The only downside is the zoom function, which can be a bit finicky. Overall, I really enjoy using this reader and find myself grabbing it whenever I have a spare moment to read.

Trail camera purchase
I just bought a trail camera and I've been having some issues with it. First off, I can't find any software updates or support, and trying to reach out to customer service has been a bust. Not being able to update the firmware is a big negative compared to other trail camera brands. Also, both of the H70 cameras I purchased keep fogging up when the temperature changes or it rains, even though I've been using anti-fog spray. This hasn't been a problem with the other trail cameras I've been using at the same time. All in all, I wouldn't recommend this specific trail camera model.

I recently bought some shoes and a handbag from this company. Gotta be honest, I was a bit let down by the quality. I'm really disappointed that I bought a t-shirt from this place and it turns out it's not even made in America. I mean, they're all about America in their name but make their stuff in other countries - not cool, eh! Plus, their prices are still high even though they're not making stuff in the US. Why should we pay more when they're saving money on labor costs overseas? It's not fair, right? They're making a lot of money off Americans who support them, like first responders and military personnel. It's really shameful. And then they have the audacity to admit that not all of their products are American-made. Seriously, not cool at all.

Wifi-enabled vs non Wifi-enabled products
As a customer, I've had a bit of a mixed bag with products from this company. Their WiFi-enabled product line, with all the different shapes and lines, has always gone above and beyond my expectations in terms of quality and how well it works. The simplicity and how easily these products connect has really improved my living space. However, the mistake I made was buying a non-WiFi enabled product, and let me tell you, it was a big letdown. The thread/matter support hardly even works, and the company knows about this problem because they've mentioned it in their messages to me. It's frustrating to still see them promoting thread/matter as a reliable feature on their site, especially for their partnered products like the SecretLabs MAGRGB line. I'd suggest that other customers stay away from any products that don't have WiFi capabilities, because my experience with them has been less than stellar.
