I felt really let down by my experience at Lovepop. I ordered a bunch of birthday cards, two of which I personalized for my mom and aunt, with delivery planned for their birthdays at the end of February. Sadly, the cards never showed up, and what made it worse was that I didn't even get a heads up about the delivery issue. I only found out when I checked my order status on their website and saw it was still labeled as "Unfulfilled." After contacting them, I did get a refund, but that was the bare minimum they could do. My mom and aunt missed out on their birthday wishes and "flowers" because of this mess. I normally send real flowers, but this time I wanted to try something new. Huge mistake. Lovepop, you've lost my trust and any future business. The lack of communication and reliability is just not okay.

The yoga app has some good content, but man, trying to navigate through it is a total nightmare, especially on the AppleTV app. They have so many classes, but it's like trying to find a needle in a haystack because the navigation is just so bad. You can't even sort or filter classes by length, which makes it even harder to find what you're actually looking for. And you can't even save classes to your favorites, so that whole feature is basically useless. Sometimes, the left navigation covers up the class you're trying to watch, and there's no way to make it go away without closing the app. If you accidentally close out of a class, too bad, you gotta start all over again. And there's no way to keep track of which classes you've already taken, so good luck trying to remember them all. And to top it off, the app has issues loading, which just makes everything more frustrating. I ended up canceling my membership because the usability problems were more than the content was worth. Some of the teachers were fantastic, but some were not so great. The Yoga app could be amazing, but they really need to fix up the app.
