An MP3 download doesn't work with my setup, so I'm asking for a refund. A bit disappointed, I won't be using these files. I ordered another title that comes on CD.

No tracking. The website doesn't have a phone number, which is annoying. I emailed. Got a reply that it was 'in process' and not much else. As a music professor I need parts quickly for rehearsals and last-minute changes. That unpredictability means I can't rely on them now. The scores themselves looked fine when they eventually arrived, but the waiting was too long. I'll look elsewhere for faster, clearer shipping.
