Returns & Refundsapologised properly, escalated it, and arranged a replacement plus covered the return postage from Canada. It didn’t happen instantly, but communication got better and they actually followed through — real people, clear emails, and the replacement arrived faster than I dared hope. For someone who needed the full score for rehearsal (and who can’t spend ages bouncing around town with a bad back), that meant everything. So yeah, rough start and I almost cancelled, but the end result was a good one. Honestly relieved and would order again, now that I know they’ll sort mistakes if you push.
