Sheet Music Plus - Reviews and experiences

Ordered last week, arrived sooner than I thought; support actually cared, small hiccups.

I was in the middle of prepping scores for a small ensemble and noticed my order still hadn't shipped. I used to buy from them a lot, so it surprised me. I placed something almost three weeks ago. No tracking. The website doesn't have a phone number, which is annoying. I emailed. Got a reply that it was 'in process' and not much else. As a music professor I need parts quickly for rehearsals and last-minute changes. That unpredictability means I can't rely on them now. The scores themselves looked fine when they eventually arrived, but the waiting was too long. I'll look elsewhere for faster, clearer shipping.

I just bought some old music sheets that are hard to find these days. When I got my order, only 5 out of the 20 copies were there – no info on when the rest would come. It made getting ready for a performance tricky. But, a month later, the other 15 copies showed up, so I could finally get the music I needed. It's nice to have everything now, but a heads-up on when they were coming would've been really helpful.

I ordered this sheet music but I never received it! I tried to contact the company but they wouldn't listen to me. I'm really frustrated because now I'm out of money and still don't have my music. Ugh, what a total rip off, eh!
