    Bought lots of light panels

    I spent a ton of money on these light panels, and now, after only a year, they're turning white and the remote isn't even working! I contacted customer support back in November, and they promised to send me replacement remotes for the Lines and Black Triangles panels. But guess what? I never got them! I'm so let down, I'm never shopping from them again!

    LED light panels

    I bought some LED light panels and at first, I thought they looked really great in my room. But then they started acting up - freezing, not working properly, and flickering annoyingly. I tried to get help from customer service, but they've been totally ignoring me, which is frustrating. Now, I've had to use a timer plug just to reset them every day and keep them working. It's not the best fix, but it's all I can do for now.

    Nanoleaf Shapes Triangles (9 set)

    I've had the Nanoleaf Shapes Triangles (9 set) for about 18 months now, and I gotta say, I love them! The different mood lighting options are amazing, and I have fun playing around with the 'Magic Scene' feature. But, I gotta be honest, the app can be a bit glitchy sometimes, and the lights often show as 'unavailable.' Luckily, I can usually fix it by manually turning them on and off, so it doesn't stop me from using them regularly. Despite the small hassle, I think the Nanoleaf Shapes are a fantastic addition to my space.

    Useless product couldn't even pair with our phones

    So we found this really cool light thing that we thought would look amazing in our room. But you won't believe it - it wouldn't even connect to our phones! We tried so many times, well maybe not a million but you know what I mean. And no success. It was really frustrating!

    Essentials Smart Bulbs

    Setting it up at first was simple, but I started having problems with connecting after a little while, like 1 to 3 weeks later. I ended up having to reinstall everything and lost all the settings I had saved. When I reached out to customer support, they got back to me quickly, but their help was not very useful. They just kept giving me generic responses and asking me to send them videos of the troubleshooting steps I had tried.

    Light panels purchase

    I bought these light panels not too long ago, but I've been having some issues getting them to connect to my phone. I've been trying to get help from customer support for over a year now, but nothing seems to be working. They keep sending me these lists of stuff to try, but none of it is doing the trick. They even sent me a new control unit, but that didn't fix the problem either. And now they're not even answering my emails. It's super annoying to waste money on something that doesn't work and get such lousy support.

    Color-changing LED light panels

    I recently bought those color-changing LED light panels from this company, but gotta say, it was pretty disappointing. The delivery took way longer than expected, and I had no clue where my package was at. And don't even get me started on the customer service - I sent messages that went unanswered for days. And when I did finally hear back, all they wanted was my order number and then I was left waiting again. Honestly, I'd suggest looking elsewhere for your purchases, maybe check out Amazon. At least there you can track your stuff and get some real customer support.

    Smart lighting system

    The smart lighting system I bought from this company works fine, but I have to say I'm disappointed with the software. It seems like it was put together poorly and doesn't have many user-friendly features. On top of that, the prices they charge for their products don't seem worth it when you consider how inefficient the software is. It's frustrating that I can't turn off updates for a product that's already working well. The updates take way too long, which can be a real pain for someone like me with a busy schedule. Overall, the smart lighting system itself does what it should, but the software and how the company handles product features could definitely use some improvement.

    Smart lighting essentials kit

    Yeah, I've been having the same problems as everyone else. The initial connection through Apple Home was fine, but now it keeps showing as 'unreachable' and it's hard to get it working again. Plus, Alexa doesn't seem to work with it like they said it would, and I can't get the QR code recognized. It's getting to the point where I have to use the switch panel instead. The lights look good, but I'm pretty disappointed overall.

    Nanoleaf Shapes, app

    The Nanoleaf Shapes are absolutely beautiful and really make any room stand out. However, the experience can be a bit frustrating because of the Android app, which is kinda unreliable and buggy. It's slow and doesn't always respond right away, so you end up having to keep going back to the main menu to refresh things like scenes and brightness. Sometimes the app loses connection and struggles with updates, so you have to contact support for manual updates. There's no progress indicators, so you have to wait around not knowing if it's working or not, which gets pretty annoying. And the auto-brightness feature can be glitchy, sometimes not doing anything or randomly lowering the brightness without bringing it back up. Plus, the app doesn't have the option to schedule the lights to turn on/off with sunrise/sunset, which seems like a basic feature for a smart lighting system these days.

    On the bright side, the Nanoleaf Shapes themselves are stunning and come with a great variety of scenes and colors to choose from. The support team is really helpful and quick to respond to any issues, but unfortunately, that doesn't fully make up for the software problems.

    I bought a light bulb off Amazon, and it kept disconnecting. I tried to get in touch with Nanoleaf for some help, but after one email, they just disappeared on me. It's been over a month now and I still haven't heard back. It's so annoying!

    LED light panel purchase

    The LED light panels were so cool and really spruced up my space. But, can you believe it, the controller that came with them crapped out after only a few months. I got in touch with customer service and, after some back and forth, they sent me a replacement. But guess what? That one died too after just six months. When I reached out to Nanoleaf for help, they straight up ghosted me, leaving me hanging with no response. And to make matters worse, they don't even have replacement controllers available on their website, so now my wall installation is basically useless. It's such a bummer because the panels look awesome when they actually work, but with the poor quality and terrible customer service, it's really not worth the money. Definitely think twice before buying.

    smart lighting system

    First off, let me just say I am so let down by the smart lighting system I got. They call them "smart," but honestly, they're far from it. Out of the five sets I picked up, three starters crapped out in the first year, and then another one kicked the bucket after two years. To top it off, the "smart" remote that came with it died on me within the first week. It's pretty obvious these lights are not up to par quality-wise, and I wouldn't suggest them to anyone hunting for a reliable long-lasting smart lighting fix. And can we talk about how these lights suck up way too much energy, even when they're just chillin' on standby? All in all, this purchase was a major letdown and a total waste of cash.

    I recently bought a bunch of home kit bulbs from this company, hoping to make my home feel cozier with their smart lighting tech. The bulbs themselves seem pretty good, especially the Matter ones. However, I had some major issues with their app that really messed up my whole experience. I tried reaching out to their customer support by email, but it's been 20 days and still no response. The lack of communication and help has me feeling frustrated and let down. A company should provide good support for their products, it's a big part of the user experience. Until they step up their customer service game, I can't recommend their stuff to anyone. If you have the choice, I'd say look into other options before buying from them.

    Light strip replacement

    So I picked up these really neat lights, but then one of them decided to pack it in on me. I've been dealing with Customer Experience for what feels like ages now. It all started on Jan 1 when my light strip just stopped working and went full throttle with this ultra bright white light. I got in touch with them and they made me jump through all these troubleshooting hoops, none of which did anything. And now to top it all off, it won't even connect anymore. It's driving me nuts how long it takes them to reply to my emails, like seriously, 4-7 days! And today they even closed my case because it took me 2 days to send the busted part back to them. I mean, come on, I still don't have a replacement yet? I'm so lost.

    I bought some bulbs from this company and they really let me down. Even though they said there was a one-year warranty, the bulbs didn't last much longer than that.     Wifi-enabled vs non Wifi-enabled products

    As a customer, I've had a bit of a mixed bag with products from this company. Their WiFi-enabled product line, with all the different shapes and lines, has always gone above and beyond my expectations in terms of quality and how well it works. The simplicity and how easily these products connect has really improved my living space. However, the mistake I made was buying a non-WiFi enabled product, and let me tell you, it was a big letdown. The thread/matter support hardly even works, and the company knows about this problem because they've mentioned it in their messages to me. It's frustrating to still see them promoting thread/matter as a reliable feature on their site, especially for their partnered products like the SecretLabs MAGRGB line. I'd suggest that other customers stay away from any products that don't have WiFi capabilities, because my experience with them has been less than stellar.
