Light panels purchase
I bought these light panels not too long ago, but I've been having some issues getting them to connect to my phone. I've been trying to get help from customer support for over a year now, but nothing seems to be working. They keep sending me these lists of stuff to try, but none of it is doing the trick. They even sent me a new control unit, but that didn't fix the problem either. And now they're not even answering my emails. It's super annoying to waste money on something that doesn't work and get such lousy support.

Dress purchase
I just bought a dress from this brand and I have to say, I was really impressed with how nice the fabric was and how well it was designed. The dress fit me perfectly and the colors were even more beautiful in person. I got a lot of compliments when I wore it to a special event. Subscription boxes for kids
I've been getting those subscription boxes for kids for a while now, and I gotta say, the stuff inside always blows me away. The things they have you do are fun and teach you something too, which is awesome for us parents. There was this one time when something broke in the mail, but the customer service folks sorted it out in no time and sent a new one my way without any issues. Good stuff!

Ribbon purchase with flowers
So, I ordered this cute ribbon with some fancy writing on it to go with the flowers I was sending, right? But when the bouquet arrived, the ribbon was missing! Talk about a major bummer! I was totally disappointed and now I'm not sure if I wanna use this place again for flower deliveries.

Recent purchase was missing parts
I recently bought something from this company, and I gotta say, it was kind of a letdown when only one out of the three parts I ordered showed up. I tried reaching out to them by phone, email, and messaging a bunch of times but got no response for a whole week. It wasn't until another week later that the missing parts finally arrived. In my opinion, this company really needs to step up their game when it comes to keeping customers in the loop about their delivery times and letting them know when their stuff is on the way.
