VIP access and discounts
As a loyal customer, I always have such a great time shopping on this website. The VIP perks and discounts make it extra special and keep me coming back for more. I've never had any problems with my orders, and even if there was a little issue, customer service took care of it right away. The only time I had a little trouble was when I was buying the same game for myself and my two daughters, but they quickly fixed it for me.
XP Friendship Pack redemption issue
I had a little problem trying to redeem an XP Friendship Pack with a code from Discord. I was a bit unsure about asking for help, but I ended up sending a ticket to get it sorted out. I was really happy when Josh, the rep, got back to me quickly and not only fixed the redemption issue but also bumped up my XP account to Gold status. It was a nice bonus that I didn't expect and it really showed excellent customer service.
