Unexpected buy

Spotted on friend's feed; product feels okay, payment messy.

Not great, but usable

Honestly, not worth rushing; I tried it last week, arrived late, but worked okay.

Morning relief

Half-asleep on our anniversary morning, I was sure they'd be late — had doubts ordering, but they arrived on time, smelled amazing, petals slightly floppy but still lovely.

Charged but no delivery

Got a weird feeling when the confirmation arrived but the bouquet never did. They charged my card and then silence — emails unanswered and the website help centre throws an error, can't send messages. Compared to other florists this was disappointing, left me pretty annoyed and stuck.

Small smile after a wait

I wasn't sure at first — delivery was late — but when the bouquet finally arrived a week later I actually smiled. Fresh, nicely arranged. Started using them right away, pleasant surprise.

no show

Not delivered and I'd say that upfront — birthday order never showed on Sept 22. Tracking was blank, support emails bounced or were ignored and phones didn't connect. I had better luck with other couriers.

Lunchtime relief

I was in a bit of a scramble—forgot my mom’s birthday and wanted same-day delivery after a rough experience with a different shop last year. The bouquet showed up around noon, and that’s the exact moment I relaxed; my mom actually said it looked nicer than the photo, which surprised me. It wasn’t identical to the website image, but that’s fine — local florists swap blooms. Overall, really pleased.

Mid-unpack smile

Right in the middle of unwrapping I knew this was worth it. A friend tipped me about the shop after she saw them on Instagram, and I finally ordered. The arrangement looked lived-in, a couple petals a bit sad but still really pretty — not perfect, but it works. Customer support took a bit, answered eventually. Would buy again, told my sister already.

Two strikes in Marbella

Weird day — I ordered flowers twice for my parents in Marbella and both times nothing showed. Dad called confused, mom shrugged and joked. I was ready to flame them, then oddly felt relieved my folks were fine, so yeah, meh but learned my lesson.

Late flowers, bland replies

Funny thing — the bouquet itself looked okay when it finally showed up, colours were soft and the stems still felt crisp, but that's where the good part ends. Delivery missed the exact date we needed for a funeral and their replies were basically automated copy-paste. I told them who would be at the funeral home and when, and they still asked me to contact them three days after the missed delivery... as if that helps. Not total disaster — flowers were fine — but the lack of human help ruined the moment.

Not what I expected

Halfway through packing my mom's suitcase I realised the flowers still hadn't arrived — and she was leaving that afternoon. No delivery, nothing, and after a few calls customer service gave me vague answers that went nowhere. Kinda sad — I probably would've had better luck sending a postcard. If you're thinking of using them, maybe pick a local florist or call to confirm first; I won't be trying them again.

Not what I expected, but they fixed it

Photos showed nine roses so I ordered a bouquet from the US to my mom in France for her birthday. What arrived had three roses and mostly filler. I was annoyed. Customer service first refused help because I didn’t complain within 24 hours. That’s a bad rule when there’s a nine-hour time difference and no warning. I pushed, sent photos and escalated. They eventually gave a partial refund. Still cautious, but at least they made some effort. Would I order again? Maybe, but with caution.

Almost lost hope, then a small win

I was staring at my phone and feeling kind of sick. I paid on Sep 6 for flowers to be delivered Sep 9. Nothing showed up. No notice. Just chats with a bot that said they'd resend. Days went by — 9, 10, 11 — nothing. My friend thought I'd forgotten, which was awful. I almost wrote them off as a scam. Then, out of nowhere on the 13th a real person emailed, apologized and arranged a full refund plus a resend. That's the moment I felt relieved. It wasn't great, not smooth like other florists, but at least they fixed it.

The mystery of the missing bouquet

I ordered two identical bouquets because I'm terrible at trusting apps — first for my mom's birthday, then again from another account when the first one showed "delivered" but wasn’t actually anywhere. I needed flowers because I’d just had minor back surgery and wasn’t supposed to lift anything, so driving to a florist was a no‑go. Messages to every email and the web support form just disappeared into the ether; no real replies. I lost over $200 and felt ridiculous chasing it. Oddly, the bank finally reversed some charges after I pushed, so there was a small win. Still, the stress and hassle mean I won’t use them again.

Once good, now meh

no date changes. Even if it were months out, apparently. They told me the flowers were 'being prepared' — which felt like an excuse. Customer service sounded nice but couldn’t actually help. It’s a shame because I used to recommend them. Now I’ll try someone else. If you order here, double-check and don’t expect flexibility. Also, the photos didn’t match reality; wish they’d sort that out.

Birthday bouquet fail

don’t use them — I regret it. I ordered a €75 bouquet for my girlfriend’s birthday after seeing a promoted post online, and I even told a colleague about this place before buying. They missed the birthday completely, then the flowers showed up seven days late and already dead. I asked for a refund and was told they don't return money to your card, only give a reorder code. The code wouldn't redeem — the site freezes when you try. I kept contacting support and they kept saying they were "sorting the issue," but nothing got resolved. The whole service was so poor I honestly wondered if it was a scam. Feeling robbed is putting it mildly. Tip: if you see them online, don't bother. Trust me, not worth it.

Late flowers, mixed feelings

Right when I was about to throw my phone across the room, the courier finally showed up — days after the date I picked. I was nervous from the start, read a bunch of reviews and almost didn’t order because my mom’s been sick and I wanted something simple to lift her spirits. So yeah, I had doubts. The bouquet did arrive and it looked decent, which I’m honestly glad about, but getting there was messy. Customer service asked for photos, then more photos, then excuses — my mom even had to snap pictures while she was resting, which felt wrong. After a few rounds of emails they did sort out a partial refund, so that eased things, but it took way too long. I’m relieved it wasn’t worse and thankful for that, though I’d be cautious next time. If timing matters, maybe look elsewhere or be prepared for hassle.

Flowers finally made it (with drama)

once they had the info, the flowers arrived. So yeah, stressful to arrange from a distance, but happy it worked out and it actually made the morning. Would I use them again? Probably, with clearer notes.

On-time, but not what I hoped

I was at my mom’s place after her surgery, thinking a nice bouquet and some chocolates might lift her spirits. I almost didn’t order — I had doubts about quality and shipping, you know, worried about wilting or melted sweets. The site was easy to use though, so I went for it. They did arrive on the day I picked, which was a relief — that doubt vanished for sure. First impression? Boxes looked neat but as we unpacked, the flowers were already a bit droopy and, worse, no water in the stems. The chocolates were gooey, so that sunk the happy moment a bit. We managed to enjoy a couple of blooms, but most didn’t last past day three. I tried reaching out every day and even used their complaint form, but the form wouldn’t submit and I haven’t gotten a proper reply. Emotionally I was torn — glad the timing worked, disappointed by the condition and the lack of follow-up. Would I repeat this? Not right away. If they fix packaging and customer contact, I might try again. For now, mixed feelings.

A bit shaky at first, but saved the day

Okay, quick one — I was actually nervous when I ordered flowers for my mom’s birthday in Spain. I picked Sept 30 but checkout showed a 29–30 window and 29 was a holiday, so I kept worrying they’d show up early or not at all. For a bit, support was... frustrating. My order stayed “Being prepared” and every reply was basically “read the Terms & Conditions” — like, thanks, but that didn’t answer whether the driver rings beforehand or what time they’d try. I even quoted their own page that said edits are possible while preparing, and still no real help. Anyway, after I pushed a bit more a helpful rep actually looked into it, confirmed the date and reassured me the delivery team would call. In the end the bouquet arrived on time and brightened our kitchen table all week. So yeah, start skeptical, ended up happy — delivery stellar, service wobbly at first but improved once someone bothered to follow through.
