I was pretty bummed about my order because they totally forgot to include the special message I asked for. It was supposed to make the gift extra personal, you know? If you care about adding those little touches to your presents, I wouldn't use this service. But gotta give credit where it's due, the flowers were really lovely and arranged well.
Flower delivery from UK to Romania
I've ordered flowers from the UK to Romania many times, and every time has been great. The website is easy to use, and I always get updates on my delivery by email. Bouquet order for friend's birthday in Madrid
My experience ordering a bouquet for my friend's birthday in Madrid was so disappointing. The order never showed up, and it's been sitting on "on its way" for a whole day. Plus, I got hit with sneaky charges for stuff I didn't even ask for, like a "free card" and a chocolate my friend can't even have because of her diet. I really should've trusted my instincts and read some reviews before I went ahead with my order.
Second purchase, very satisfied
This is my second time ordering and I'm so pleased with the service. My mom got the flowers and she was over the moon. The arrangement was top quality and it really made her day. Thanks for helping me bring a smile to my mom's face!
Birthday gift delivery
So, I had to send this really important birthday gift to my best friend in another country, and I only remembered it a day and a half before her birthday. I was freaking out, but then I found this amazing place that could deliver it really quickly. And you know what? It arrived right on her birthday! She was so happy, and I was like, phew, crisis averted.
Bouquet order mix-up
I just ordered a really nice bouquet for a special occasion, but when it arrived, it was totally different from what I expected. It really bummed me out, so I contacted customer service to let them know how I felt. But all I got back was a generic email – no help at all. It's not cool for a company to not take responsibility and not communicate properly.
Flowers, wine, chocolates, late delivery, incorrect order, poor customer service.
So, I bought flowers, wine, and chocolates from this company and spent quite a bit of money. But man, I was super disappointed with the whole thing. My order arrived late and to top it off, they sent me the wrong items. The person I sent them to didn't even want the package because it wasn't what they were expecting. When I tried to talk to the company about it, they weren't helpful at all. They just kept pointing me to their strict rules and said I should have complained within 24 hours - which was impossible with the time zone difference. The customer service folks were cold and didn't want to admit they messed up, leaving me annoyed and without what I actually paid for. Overall, it was a crappy experience that I really wish I could've avoided.
Mother's day flowers disappointment
The flowers for Mother's Day arrived on the wrong day and didn't look anything like the lovely picture on their site. They were not full and vibrant, totally different from what I thought I was getting. When I finally emailed them, Alex said it was too late to fix it. The customer service was not great. Overall, a very disappointing situation.
Mother's Day bouquet disappointment
I was pretty bummed out about the bouquet I got for Mother's Day. Usually, I can pick the biggest one to send to my mom, but this time it was way smaller than I thought. She even teased me about trying to be thrifty. If Floraqueen doesn't let me pick the size next year, I'll have to look for another place to get my Mom's bouquet.
UK to Thailand flower and chocolate delivery
I have to say, I was really happy with the service I got when I ordered flowers and chocolates to send from the UK to a little town in Thailand. At first, I wasn't sure if the delivery would be on time or if the gifts would be good, but everything turned out better than I expected. The flowers and chocolates arrived on the right day and were really nice. My partner loved the surprise and it made them really happy. It was such a nice surprise, it was even better than I thought it would be.
Bouquet with vase, card, and chocolates
I just bought a bouquet for a special occasion that was supposed to come with a vase, card, and chocolates. The order arrived on time, but I was not happy with what I got. The bouquet looked nothing like what I picked out, there was no vase in the package, and the chocolates were not the brand I was expecting. I paid a good amount of money for these items and was hoping for better quality. I was really disappointed with what I received and would not suggest this service to others after my experience.

I'm so pleased that the flowers I ordered for Easter got delivered on time this year. Last time, I was let down when the flowers for my Aunt's 80th birthday didn't arrive as planned. I gotta say, my experience buying a flower bouquet from this service was top-notch. The bouquet got there right on schedule and the person I sent it to was over the moon with how gorgeous it was. I've been a customer of this company for over four years now, and I can say without a doubt that I've always had great experiences with them. Even though I'm in North America and the flowers and gift baskets are going to Europe, every order has arrived on time and in perfect condition. This reliability is really important to me, and I appreciate how careful and efficient FQ is. The prices are fair and the products are always top quality. Overall, I'm really happy with the service they provide.
Premium selection, small bouquet disappointment
What a bummer! I ordered the fancy bouquet, but man was I surprised by how puny it was when it showed up. The peonies, which were supposed to steal the show, were way fewer than what was shown on the site. I felt ripped off and for sure won't be buying from them again.
Ribbon purchase with flowers
So, I ordered this cute ribbon with some fancy writing on it to go with the flowers I was sending, right? But when the bouquet arrived, the ribbon was missing! Talk about a major bummer! I was totally disappointed and now I'm not sure if I wanna use this place again for flower deliveries.
