I gotta say, I had a great experience when my car broke down and I needed a hand from their team. The mechanic figured out it was the thermostat real quick, and I got an appointment set up in no time. The mechanic who showed up to fix my car was awesome - super patient, polite, and professional. I was really blown away by the top-notch service from this company.

I was pretty bummed out about the bouquet I got for Mother's Day. Usually, I can pick the biggest one to send to my mom, but this time it was way smaller than I thought. She even teased me about trying to be thrifty. If Floraqueen doesn't let me pick the size next year, I'll have to look for another place to get my Mom's bouquet.

I recently ordered something online from this company and ran into some issues with tracking my package. Even though I got a tracking number, it didn't work and I couldn't find out where my order was. I tried reaching out to their customer service through their app, phone, and website, but none of them were working. I wasted over an hour waiting on the phone only to be cut off suddenly. I even asked them to call me back a few times, but they never did. Now I'm left with no order and very annoyed with how poorly they communicated and helped me out.
