Emergency roadside assistance
Going through the whole ordeal of needing help on the side of the road was super nerve-wracking, but the tow truck that finally showed up did a great job. The tricky part for me was trying to set up the rescue online since I'm not really good with technology. Being stuck on the side of the highway just made it worse, with my phone signal cutting out and having to trek to the closest emergency phone to call for help. It would have been a lot easier if there was a simpler way to reach out for help without having to use the internet all the time.
Van insurance purchase
I had a really good experience with the van insurance company. The guy helping me out was great, he sorted out my issue super quickly and efficiently. As soon as I sent an email, the whole process was easy and I always knew what was going on. Overall, I'm happy with the service they gave me.
Breakdown cover purchase
So my first time using breakdown cover was with this company, eh, and I gotta say, I was pretty impressed. My car's EML light was acting up, so I called their breakdown number and the person I spoke to was super helpful, filled me in on everything, and didn't rush me at all. Then the mechanic, Kieran, showed up way sooner than I thought he would and he had some awesome advice to calm me down. All in all, it was a really good experience with this company, eh.

I was driving on the highway during the busiest time and my car broke down. Luckily, a roadside assistance provider came to my rescue. My car had a major engine problem, so it had to be towed and I got a ride home. The insurance company even organized a temporary car for me while mine was getting fixed. The service I got was top-notch, and I'm so grateful I have them. You never truly appreciate them until you're in a jam.
Got insurance for my van
So, I got van insurance yesterday and it was so easy peasy lemon squeezy. But can you believe it? I still haven't received any email or letter with my membership number. Now I'm just here twiddling my thumbs, waiting to access my account.

I just got van insurance from your company, but I haven't got an email confirming my membership or a member number yet. Even though I chose paper documents, I was hoping for at least a little acknowledgment that you got my payment. It would have been nice to have some sort of confirmation while I wait for my paperwork. Plus, I see you were able to send this survey to my email address, so clearly you can communicate with me.
My experience with van insurance
So, I had to deal with some annoying phone calls about taking my car to a random garage, which was a big no for me since I've been a loyal customer for years and never had any issues before! But after a little chat, they finally sent out a petrol guy. He was super nice, called before arriving, fixed my problem quickly, and was just all around awesome! So in the end, it was all good! 👍

I had a bit of a breakdown with my old car, but luckily Dan, the mechanic, was there to help me out. He figured out the problem right away and got it fixed so I could get back on the road. I really appreciate his skills and how nice he was, and I think the RAC is lucky to have someone like him on their team.

I just got van insurance with home start coverage and I gotta say, I'm super happy with the service I got.
