I was really impressed by their top-notch customer service and how they fixed the situation without any hassle.

Shoes purchase
I recently bought a pair of shoes online, and let me tell you, I was really let down. The quality of the shoes was not great considering the price I paid. They looked like they were messed up during shipping and the overall workmanship was lacking. The box they arrived in looked like a kid's art project, covered in red, blue, and orange marks. The shoes themselves were all squished and had permanent marks on the leather, which made them seem cheap and poorly put together. Even the dust bag that came with the shoes was cheaply made, with bad stitching and flimsy material. I was expecting way more from a high-end brand like this, and I am seriously bummed about my purchase.

NTFS software for MAC
The NTFS software for MAC that I bought was really disappointing, eh? They said it was top-notch, but when I tried it out, it was seriously lacking. I could find free software that worked better than this paid one, no problem. Plus, the support for it was terrible - basically non-existent. When I realized it wasn't living up to what they promised, I asked for a refund, but never heard back from them. I feel like I wasted 20 euros on this software, and I'd suggest others steer clear of it, eh?

I bought a wallet from this place, and man, do I regret it. They were all over taking my money and getting that item sent out fast, but when it came time for a return, it was a total nightmare. Couldn't reach a human on the customer service line to save my life, and my emails just sat there unanswered. Had to get my credit card company to step in and clean up the mess. Save yourself the trouble and steer clear of this place - their customer service is a joke.

DNA test results
I got my DNA test results back real quick, even faster than my dad's that went down to America. But there was a tech problem where my mom's name showed up as a boy's name in her DNA group. Thank goodness Clare from customer service was super helpful and got it sorted out. She even hooked me up with a Viking upgrade just to be nice. The results are looking awesome and are pretty fascinating. It's a bummer there's no family tree builder though, that would be so neat!

I was totally fed up with trying to lose weight, but then I saw this ad for some weight loss magic juice. Figured I'd give it a shot and I'm super happy I did! I went with the blackcurrant flavour, and surprisingly, it tasted pretty good. I found that I wasn't feeling as hungry during meals, and I managed to drop 6lbs after trying out the 7 day achiever pack. Definitely gonna grab another box, 'cause it really made a difference for me.

This company really needs to do better when it comes to guaranteeing access to lounges. It's annoying to show up at a lounge and then get turned away because it's full. Some lounges let you pay extra for guaranteed entry, but not all. Priority Pass should have agreements with all lounge providers to make sure their customers can always get in.
