The fit and material surprised me, actually decent, but the mix-up and delay left me annoyed.

Thought these would be another overpriced flop. They arrived earlier than I expected, which was nice. First fit was weird — way roomier than my usual 34s. I used them for yard work and a quick beach dip while deciding. Customer service was actually helpful; they arranged an exchange fast and even noted the sizing issue. Not perfect. Still, now they’re in regular rotation. Glad I gave them a second shot.

Breathe-easy sleeves

Didn't think I'd get so picky about sleeves, but as someone who delivers mail I wear them a lot — these are light, let air through and don't make my arms sweat like some others. I ordered another pack and noticed the promo item didn't show up at checkout, so I shot off an email. Jorge got back to me the next day, sorted it out and sent the free piece away, which was a nice surprise. Feels durable and comfy on my route. I'd tell colleagues to try them, double-check the promo at checkout.
