Sleeve purchase
This was my first time ordering from this company, and I had a bit of trouble getting my package because of a problem with my mailbox and the postal service. But when I contacted customer service, they were super helpful and told me what to do next. I finally got my package and the quality of the sleeves blew me away, I'm definitely going to order more. A really great company with awesome customer service, all in all.
Straw Cowboy Hat
I recently ordered a straw cowboy hat and was so impressed by all the cool products they had. The customer service was amazing - they were so friendly, helpful, and really made sure I was happy with my hat. It was definitely one of the best shopping experiences I've had in a long time. Summer and winter sleeves and masks
I bought some summer and winter sleeves and masks from this company during the pandemic. The stuff is really good quality and has been great for both hot and cold days. Unfortunately, my last order got lost by USPS, which was really annoying. However, the customer service team at this company deserves a shoutout. I emailed them about the problem and they quickly replied and sent me a replacement order in just a few days. I was impressed by how fast they acted and how they were willing to fix the situation.
Fishing gear purchase
The customer service was amazing! I had a problem with my order, but Joan fixed it right away. She took the time to look into my account and answered all my questions, which made me feel so much better. Because of the great service I got, I will definitely be shopping here again.
Two hats, one damaged
Hey, so I ordered two hats from them, but when they came, one of them looked all crumpled like it had been through the wash a few too many times! I was really disappointed, but I figured I'd get in touch with them anyways. And you know what? They sent me another hat for free to make up for it! Their customer service was top-notch - fast and friendly. Thanks a bunch!
2pk Bucket Hat Special
I recently bought the 2-pack Bucket Hat Special from this company and I'm really happy with my purchase. The hats are great quality and I really like the style. But I had a problem with one of the hats not fitting my head right. I reached out to customer service about it and they were super understanding and helpful. They got back to me quickly and are sending me a new hat. I'm grateful for the awesome customer service from this company.
Hat order
I ordered this hat for my trip and dude, it seriously took forever to arrive! I mean, it took a whole 11 days from LA to Vegas. That's like, super sloooow 😒 And the company didn't even own up to the delay, they just blamed it on the shipping companies. So frustrating! Now my vacation is done and dusted, and I still don't have my hat. Ugh, I'm so bummed out.
Antenna purchase
I just got this new antenna and ran into a problem while setting it up - a screw broke inside. I got in touch with customer service and they were amazing! The person I talked to really knew their stuff and walked me through fixing the issue. I'm grateful for the quick and top-notch service I got.

I just bought a fishing gear bundle from this website and I gotta say, the customer service was top-notch. Even though it was a long weekend, they got back to me super fast and sorted out the missing item in my order quickly. They sent out a replacement right away with no problems. The fishing gear itself was way better than I expected and I'm really happy with how everything went down.
Hat purchase
So I bought a hat from this company and when it showed up, it was all busted from the journey. I reached out to customer service and Karol Z. hooked me up big time. I snapped a pic of the broken hat and in no time, they told me a new one was on its way. Their customer service was amazing, super fast and they totally fixed the problem. I'm happy with how they handled everything and I'll definitely be shopping with them again in the future.

Fishing face shield
I gotta say, I was super let down by the customer service from this company. They talk a big game about having top-notch service, but my own experience was anything but that. I tried getting in touch with them several times, both through email and phone calls, but didn't hear back at all. Every time I reached out, they promised to get back to me within 24 hours, but it's been more than a week now and still no word. It's just not cool how they're ignoring customer questions and not keeping us in the loop.
Bucket hat
Oh man, the shipping was a total disaster. They went with this crummy shipping service that took ages to finally pass it off to USPS. And don't even get me started on the product itself - that bucket hat was such a letdown. It was super flimsy and way smaller than I expected, I don't think it'll do much to keep the sun off me. Honestly, I wouldn't suggest purchasing anything from them.
Camo fishing gear
Ordered some camo fishing gear from them and had a minor issue with part of my order coming from two different locations. But when I contacted customer support, Leana handled the problem quickly and effectively. This was my third order with them, and I'll definitely be coming back whenever I need more fishing gear.
Silicone rings purchase for variety of occasions
My time chatting with customer service at this company was great. It did take a while for them to get back to me, about an hour or so, but once we got talking, it only took 5 minutes to solve my problem. My shipping issue turned out to be an easy fix, and I was impressed by how fast it was sorted out. I've bought lots of silicone rings from them in different colors and styles for various occasions, and I really like all of them.
My headband and face shield
I got this headband and face shield from this place and they were awesome! They came so quickly and the headband made me feel like a ninja! Unfortunately, there was a small tear in my headband when I got it, but when I reached out to customer service, they were really friendly and replaced it right away!
