Backorder issue with hoodie
So, I reached out to customer service about this hoodie I ordered that hadn't been sent out yet. I was getting a bit frustrated 'cause I really wanted to rock it. But, shocker, they got back to me super fast after I sent the email. They explained that they made a mistake and it was back-ordered. They said sorry right away and even gave me the option to pick a different hoodie that was in stock. They said they'd ship it out right away. I was really impressed by how quick and on top of things they were, and how they were willing to fix their mistake. Their customer service is top-notch for sure!
Fishing gear
I was totally stuck trying to find the perfect Christmas present for my husband who loves fishing. After a few disappointing purchases from other places, I came across this company and thought I'd give it a try. And let me tell you, it was a total game-changer. The fishing gear I got was amazing quality, and my husband was absolutely thrilled with his gift. Ordering was super easy, and the customer service was top-notch. The prices were fair for the quality, and the delivery was super quick. I can definitely say I'll be sticking with this company as a loyal customer.
Damaged hat replacement
I got this hat from the company, but it came all messed up. I got in touch with customer service right away and talked to a lady named Leana. I told her all about the damage and even showed her some pics. Leana didn't waste any time and promised to send me a new hat. She even said I could keep the messed up one. I was really impressed with how fast and well they handled the problem, it shows they really care about their customers. I'm thankful for the awesome help I got and will definitely be coming back to shop again.
Hat purchase
So I bought a hat from this company and when it showed up, it was all busted from the journey. I reached out to customer service and Karol Z. hooked me up big time. I snapped a pic of the broken hat and in no time, they told me a new one was on its way. Their customer service was amazing, super fast and they totally fixed the problem. I'm happy with how they handled everything and I'll definitely be shopping with them again in the future.
Antenna purchase
I just got this new antenna and ran into a problem while setting it up - a screw broke inside. I got in touch with customer service and they were amazing! The person I talked to really knew their stuff and walked me through fixing the issue. I'm grateful for the quick and top-notch service I got.
Bought fishing gear
I had a small issue with one of the things I ordered, but the customer service was amazing. The lady, Joan, replied quickly, fixed the problem, and sent the missing item right away. Fantastic customer service!
Silicone rings purchase for variety of occasions
My time chatting with customer service at this company was great. It did take a while for them to get back to me, about an hour or so, but once we got talking, it only took 5 minutes to solve my problem. My shipping issue turned out to be an easy fix, and I was impressed by how fast it was sorted out. I've bought lots of silicone rings from them in different colors and styles for various occasions, and I really like all of them.
Camo fishing gear
Ordered some camo fishing gear from them and had a minor issue with part of my order coming from two different locations. But when I contacted customer support, Leana handled the problem quickly and effectively. This was my third order with them, and I'll definitely be coming back whenever I need more fishing gear.
Partial delivery issue
So my order got messed up and I only got part of it. But Joan from customer service was awesome and helped me out right away through chat. She fixed everything quickly and sent me a new confirmation email right after. I'm really grateful for Joan's help and the great customer service she gave me.
