Hair loss treatment
I just got this hair loss treatment from this company, and it was actually pretty good! The customer service was excellent - they always got back to me quickly whenever I had questions or issues, whether it was through email or chat. The product itself, well, I know laser therapy doesn't work for everyone, but it's been really effective for most people. And I like that they have a fair return policy that's easy to understand, it made me feel good about buying from them. I'd definitely suggest this product to anyone dealing with hair loss.

Hat purchase
So I bought a hat from this company and when it showed up, it was all busted from the journey. I reached out to customer service and Karol Z. hooked me up big time. I snapped a pic of the broken hat and in no time, they told me a new one was on its way. Their customer service was amazing, super fast and they totally fixed the problem. I'm happy with how they handled everything and I'll definitely be shopping with them again in the future.

Online order experience
I've been trying to make an online order a few times now, but I keep running into problems. Even though I finished the checkout, I never got any confirmation online or through email. I tried reaching out to customer service through email, live chat, and phone calls, but I haven't heard back from them at all. It's really disappointing to get such lousy service.

Bag repair warranty
My bag was looking pretty beat up, so I decided to send it in for repairs. I received a free shipping label and sent it off with a note describing the damage. I was pleasantly surprised to learn that it was covered under warranty! I was expecting a simple stitching job, but they went above and beyond and replaced the entire leather mount. When I got it back, it looked brand new! The only downside was the wait time, so be sure to send it in well before you need it back. I sent mine in August and received it back in November, so the turnaround time wasn't too bad at all.

Took a chance with this company, and they really delivered! The details and texture swirls were even better than I expected. Communication was top-notch, and they made changes just as I asked. I'm really happy with how everything turned out!
