    Expensive jewelry

    So, I bought some fancy jewelry from this company, eh? But let me tell ya, I was not impressed with how things went down. I had to wait forever for customer service to even get back to me about my order, eh? And when they finally did, they told me that my order got sent back to them without even letting me know, eh? On top of that, some of the stuff I wanted was apparently already sold to someone else, even though I bought it fair and square. Like, how is that even okay, eh? It's got me seriously questioning how this company does business, that's for sure.

    Earrings turned into a necklace

    Despite ordering earrings, I ended up getting a necklace instead. I went to the store for help but they refused because I bought it online. I emailed Customer Service several times but never heard back. I'm fed up with the poor communication, so I'm disputing the charge with my credit card company. I'm really disappointed with this whole situation and won't be shopping with this brand again.

    Pendant for granddaughter

    I recently bought a pendant for my granddaughter as a Christmas gift. I made sure to order it early on October 22 so it would arrive in time. But on Christmas day, when she opened it, she mentioned that she would prefer the same necklace but in gold instead. When I contacted customer service to ask about a return and exchange, they told me they were only doing returns according to their Christmas policy for purchases made from November 1 to Christmas. Even though I explained my situation, they wouldn't budge on extending the return period by just nine days. I was really let down by their strict policy and poor customer service. It's frustrating to face such inflexibility, especially during the holiday season when giving gifts is so common. I'd caution others against ordering from this company because of their disappointing return policy and lack of understanding for customers' situations.

    Dissatisfaction with return policy and tarnished items

    As a customer, I gotta say I'm pretty let down by the new return policy at this store. The 30-day and 1-year return window was a big reason why I chose to shop here, so I'm feeling pretty disappointed about the changes. It's also kind of annoying to have to register items online for online purchases, like, why make it more complicated, you know? And on top of all that, some of the stuff I bought has started tarnishing pretty quickly, which sucks considering how much I spent. I think I'll have to think twice before buying here again and maybe start looking for jewelry somewhere else.

    I really wish there was an option to leave a negative star review. I've been a loyal customer for years, but not anymore. They claim to be trying their best with the resources they have, but it seems like they have no resources at all because their customer service is basically non-existent. Just look at their BBB cases from the past year. When you call their customer service line, you get disconnected after being put on hold. And when you send them emails, they say they'll respond in 24-72 hours, but it takes them weeks to get back to you. This company has really gone downhill. I'm definitely taking my business elsewhere. There are plenty of other options out there. I'm guessing their lack of resources is because they're losing market share to their competitors. So, unless you want a lot of trouble, don't shop here. They have no care or concern for their customers.

    Terrible customer service, eh? Can't believe they double-charged me and took forever to refund. Can't trust them with big purchases now. The lack of transparency is just not cool.     necklace purchase for daughter

    I can't believe how disappointing my experience was with this company. I ordered a necklace for my daughter for Christmas at the beginning of December, and they didn't even bother to send me an email until December 21st to tell me they had cancelled my order. They said I wouldn't be charged, but surprise, surprise, they still took my money! Now I'm stuck with no necklace, no cash, and hardly any time left before Christmas. It's frustrating and disheartening that they can get away with treating customers like this. I tried reaching out to them, but it was a nightmare. They don't even have a UK phone number, and their chat just sends you to email, which they take forever to answer. I'm so upset and will definitely not be buying from them again. Stay clear of this company, folks!

    Four pieces ordered on Black Friday

    I ordered four things on Black Friday from this company and let me tell you, it's been a total nightmare trying to find out what's going on with my order. I got an email saying it was shipped on November 26th, but since then, I haven't heard anything about where it is. I've called customer service more than ten times, and all I get is hold music and no one answering. I even sent two emails to support and haven't heard back at all. This kind of customer service is not okay, especially for a company that's supposed to be so great.

    I ordered this really awesome birthday present that was supposed to arrive on time, but when I checked the tracking number, it said it was delivered!
