They told me I wouldn't have to pay taxes, but I ended up having to. Not only that, but they lost my stuff and won't give me a refund. I lost $100 because of their terrible service and company.

Too excited for a birthday gift 🎁💎
I ordered this really awesome birthday present that was supposed to arrive on time, but when I checked the tracking number, it said it was delivered! But I swear, my camera didn't catch anyone dropping off anything! I searched high and low for my package, but it was nowhere to be found! When I called to sort it out, they said they'd send a new one, but I haven't heard anything since! Can you believe I spent almost 200 bucks on jewelry and still no gift? 🙁
