They told me I wouldn't have to pay taxes, but I ended up having to. Not only that, but they lost my stuff and won't give me a refund. I lost $100 because of their terrible service and company.

I ordered this really awesome birthday present that was supposed to arrive on time, but when I checked the tracking number, it said it was delivered! But I swear, my camera didn't catch anyone dropping off anything! I searched high and low for my package, but it was nowhere to be found! When I called to sort it out, they said they'd send a new one, but I haven't heard anything since! Can you believe I spent almost 200 bucks on jewelry and still no gift? 🙁

I was super impressed with how fast my package arrived. The tracking info they gave me was bang on and helped me know exactly when to expect my delivery. The customer service team was quick to respond and answered all my questions right away. Overall, my experience with Courant was awesome.
