Earrings turned into a necklace
Despite ordering earrings, I ended up getting a necklace instead. I went to the store for help but they refused because I bought it online. I emailed Customer Service several times but never heard back. I'm fed up with the poor communication, so I'm disputing the charge with my credit card company. I'm really disappointed with this whole situation and won't be shopping with this brand again.

Obstructed front row seats
I just bought some tickets through this service and man, was I let down. I dropped over $400 for what was supposed to be front row seats, only to find out they were practically hidden behind some speakers on the stage. When I asked for my money back, they only coughed up $32.80, which honestly seemed pretty disrespectful. So now I've asked my credit card company to refund me half the cost with a chargeback. If you ask me, the service should really start labeling tickets with bad views to keep from fooling their customers. Moving forward, they gotta be more straightforward about this stuff.

Compensation request for disrupted trip
I was so happy to finally find a fix for all the hiccups we had during our trip to Europe. It was nice getting $150 back for all the hassle, but I have to admit, I was kinda bummed that it didn't totally make up for missing out on Rome for 2 days. We had to skip out on our hotel and Vatican tickets, and that added up real quick. It's good to know there's a service out there to help out in times like this, but I was really hoping for a bit more to cover all our expenses.

I gotta say, this place is awesome for learning online! You can take a bunch of courses for free and even get certificates. It's super fun and definitely not boring. Personally, I recommend checking out the energy protection and boundaries, self-guided learning, and how to speak to anyone courses. And the best part? They're all free!
