Custom sized rugs

I got a hallway runner rug from this place and let me tell you, it's amazing! It looks absolutely gorgeous and fits just right in our house. When you walk on it, the rug feels super soft and the edging really adds to its beauty. The rubber coating on the back works great as a rug pad, keeping it in place. We had to include a seam because of the length, but it's so subtle that I can barely see it. Rug purchase - Lovely but Late
So I ordered this rug online, right? It finally arrived and let me tell you, it's exactly like how it looked in the picture! Super top quality stuff. I was waiting forever though, like three times longer than they told me. And no updates whatsoever on why it was taking so long! Couldn't get a straight answer from customer service either. It took like two weeks to get to my place, felt like an eternity. Despite all that, I'm loving this rug so much. Probably gonna order from here again, it's just too good to pass up!

I bought a custom rug not too long ago and I was kinda let down because the color of the border in the sample didn't match the actual yarn used. Even though it took longer than expected to arrive, the rug is well made and I can tell a lot of care went into making it. But man, that pink border really clashed and I was disappointed.

I was really impressed with the customer service I got at The Perfect Rug. They were so nice and even gave me a free sample of a rug, which really helped me choose. The sample was really good quality and let me see the color and texture up close. Sadly, the color didn't quite fit in my room, but I'm glad I didn't buy a rug that wouldn't have worked. Large rug
I gotta say, the rug I bought was amazing quality! Like, everything from the material to the design was top of the line. But, I gotta mention the delivery experience wasn't that great. The rug was pretty big and the carrier just dropped it off at my door instead of helping me bring it inside. It was such a pain to move such a huge rug on my own, so I think it would be awesome to offer a white glove option for larger rugs in the future.

I bought a rug recently, but the delivery was a total mess. I ordered it on October 28th, got a tracking number saying it shipped on November 15th, but it ended up at the wrong address on November 30th. When I got in touch with the company, they said it was for "white glove" delivery and promised to contact me for a new delivery arrangement. They refused to give me their contact info, so I couldn't check on the delivery. It was so frustrating, especially considering what I paid for the rug.<br><br>I waited for a call or email that never came, and suddenly the rug showed up on my front porch. This was definitely not the white glove service I paid for. When I complained to the company, I got zero response. Their customer service was terrible, and it really ruined the whole rug-buying experience.
