The Perfect Rug - Reviews and experiences

I just got a new rug and let me tell you, it was a real pain to get! I had to call customer service so many times and even threaten to cancel my order before I finally received my rug. The shipping company made a bunch of mistakes, which just added to the frustration. The rug looks great, but getting it was such a hassle.

I bought a rug recently, but the delivery was a total mess. I ordered it on October 28th, got a tracking number saying it shipped on November 15th, but it ended up at the wrong address on November 30th. When I got in touch with the company, they said it was for "white glove" delivery and promised to contact me for a new delivery arrangement. They refused to give me their contact info, so I couldn't check on the delivery. It was so frustrating, especially considering what I paid for the rug.<br><br>I waited for a call or email that never came, and suddenly the rug showed up on my front porch. This was definitely not the white glove service I paid for. When I complained to the company, I got zero response. Their customer service was terrible, and it really ruined the whole rug-buying experience.

So I ordered this rug online, right? It finally arrived and let me tell you, it's exactly like how it looked in the picture! Super top quality stuff. I was waiting forever though, like three times longer than they told me. And no updates whatsoever on why it was taking so long! Couldn't get a straight answer from customer service either. It took like two weeks to get to my place, felt like an eternity. Despite all that, I'm loving this rug so much. Probably gonna order from here again, it's just too good to pass up!
