    Fine bone china tea set

    I recently got myself a pretty bone china tea set from this company, and I gotta admit, I'm super impressed with the quality. The design and craftsmanship are so delicate and elegant, it just screams sophistication.     I bought a dish set from this company not long ago, but when it arrived, one of the plates was all smashed up. I emailed their customer service team but haven't heard a word back in three weeks! It's super aggravating and disappointing that they can't even reply. I'm feeling really let down by this lack of help and communication.     Dinnerware set by celebrity chef

    I recently picked up a dinnerware set from a famous celebrity chef, thinking it was going to be top-notch. The design and quality seemed great at first, but after some time, I noticed that the dishes were getting all scratched up at the bottom from regular use. It made them look constantly dirty, which was a real letdown. I decided to contact the company to see if I could swap them out for a different set, but unfortunately, they turned down my request. Their suggestion to use tough chemicals to get rid of the scratches just wasn't going to work for me. I didn't feel right about using such harsh stuff on plates that my family eats off of.

    So, I recently bought this espresso cup set as a gift and it was a disaster. Instead of getting the plain cups I wanted, my family member ended up with a bunch of super bright teacups that were all broken when they arrived. The packaging was not good at all, and the customer service was basically non-existent. I tried reaching out multiple times through email and their website, but got no response. It's crazy that there's no phone number to call these days. Long story short, I had to go through the whole process of disputing the charge with my credit card company just to get my money back. Total nightmare!

    I'm really disappointed with the lack of communication from this company, eh. They told me there would be more teal range products, but then in January I found out they discontinued it, eh. I spent a lot of money on this collection and now I can't even get the dinner plates I need, eh. It's just not right how they're not being clear and consistent, eh.

    As someone who's been a customer of this company, I gotta say I'm really let down by how they've been handling things. I ordered this gorgeous dish set over a month and a half ago and still haven't gotten it. I've tried getting in touch with customer service multiple times for an update, but no one's gotten back to me. This kind of lack of response and care for customer satisfaction just isn't cool. I've asked for a refund now since I can't wait any longer for my order. I'd advise others to think twice before buying from this company.

    Overpriced bed sheets

    I just got these new bed sheets from the store and I made sure to wash them exactly how it said on the tag. But now, after only three washes, the fitted sheet doesn't fit my mattress anymore. It's really frustrating, especially since they were so pricey. And on top of that, I paid in cash and I can't find the receipt, so I can't even take them back.

    Holiday pattern dinner plates

    I recently got a bunch of holiday themed dinner plates from this company, but my experience with their customer service has been a real nightmare. When my order showed up, I was shocked to see that 2 boxes of plates were completely smashed. I tried reaching out to their customer service, but I was told I had to submit all inquiries through their website contact form. This isn't just impersonal, it's frustrating because it means I can't talk to a real person about my problem. It's even worse because they respond based on who contacted them first, so my issue got pushed back. Now that they're all out of the set I bought, I'm not sure if I'll get a refund or a replacement. How can a company not let customers talk to a real person? I really like their products, but I won't be buying from them again because of their awful customer service.

    1815 teacup set

    I recently bought this tea set from 1815 on the website, ya see, because I accidentally smashed my fave cup from the same collection. The site had a pic of this here teacup that looked just like my busted one, so I thought I'd snag the whole set. Turns out, I could only get a set of 6 cups, which was more than I really needed. When my package came, I opened up one cup real carefully, and dang, it was way bigger than my original cup! I was hoping for an exact match, so I was kinda let down. I shot out an email to customer service to see about getting an exchange, but didn't hear back from them at all. And when I tried calling, it was no dice getting through to anyone. If they don't sort this out soon, I might have to consider taking some legal action.
