I bought a dish set from this company not long ago, but when it arrived, one of the plates was all smashed up. I emailed their customer service team but haven't heard a word back in three weeks! It's super aggravating and disappointing that they can't even reply. I'm feeling really let down by this lack of help and communication. The whole thing has really turned me off from buying from them again in the future.

I recently picked up a dinnerware set from a famous celebrity chef, thinking it was going to be top-notch. The design and quality seemed great at first, but after some time, I noticed that the dishes were getting all scratched up at the bottom from regular use. Their suggestion to use tough chemicals to get rid of the scratches just wasn't going to work for me. I didn't feel right about using such harsh stuff on plates that my family eats off of.
