Hey there, soo I bought some fancy crockery online from this company not too long ago. But guess what? It never showed up at my place, even though they blamed it on Covid delays. I tried to get help from customer service but got zero response. And to make matters worse, Amazon wouldn't give me a refund cause it had been over 30 days. I'm out $76 for nothing, which is pretty frustrating.

I recently bought a porcelain figurine from this company as a present for a buddy. Sadly, my interaction with their customer service and shipping process was super disappointing. The item took way longer to get here than the 7 to 9 business days they said on their website. It had to go through a bunch of scans and customs checks, which caused big delays.

I recently bought a Children's Set that came with a plate, cereal bowl, and a mug. It's been way over a month now and I still haven't got my stuff. I reached out to customer service and they said they'd send it again, but nothing has arrived yet. It's frustrating that nobody has checked in with me and my emails have been ignored. I'm really not happy with how this has been handled.

As someone who's been a customer of this company, I gotta say I'm really let down by how they've been handling things. I ordered this gorgeous dish set over a month and a half ago and still haven't gotten it. I've tried getting in touch with customer service multiple times for an update, but no one's gotten back to me. This kind of lack of response and care for customer satisfaction just isn't cool. I've asked for a refund now since I can't wait any longer for my order. I'd advise others to think twice before buying from this company.
