Bamboo sheets experience
I've been a loyal customer of bamboo sheets for more than ten years and have always loved the regular ones. However, when I decided to treat myself to the resort sheets, I was really let down. After just a few washes, despite following the care instructions religiously, the fitted sheet started pilling. I contacted customer service for assistance, but they weren't helpful at all because the warranty had expired. How can a company not back up their product when there are obvious quality issues? I've seen others complaining about the same problem in reviews, and the only suggestion was to buy a tool to remove the pilling. When does customer satisfaction become a priority? Spending over $200 on sheets that don't hold up is just not acceptable. I won't be coming back as a customer and will look for different bamboo sheet options that actually keep their quality.
Cotton clothing purchase
I bought some cotton clothes from this store recently, but the sizes didn't fit me right. When I tried to return them, I was surprised to learn that I could only exchange them or get store credit. Plus, I had to fork over the cash for return shipping. This policy doesn't sit well with me at all. I won't be coming back to shop here.
Pillow order delay
Just really let down by this store, you know? Back in the day, like four months ago, I ordered a pillow and have been waiting, waiting, waiting for it to show up at my door. Finally decided to check in, only to find out they never actually got my order going. No communication at all – not even an email saying they got my money! All I had was the receipt from when I paid. Recent undergarment purchase
I recently bought some underwear at this store and I gotta say, the customer service from the store manager and his crew was top-notch. Richard, the manager, really knew his stuff about the products and even helped me out with some issues I had from a previous purchase. We even chatted about the upcoming Father's Day specials. His employee, Giovanni, was super friendly and helped me out with my purchase. I've been coming to this store for a while now and I gotta say, I really value the quality products and excellent service they always give.
Duvet comforter purchase
The duvet comforter I bought at this store was great, but when I tried to find a duvet cover to go with it, I couldn't find anything that worked. The choices at the store were few and expensive, which was a letdown. I even searched online, but couldn't find a cover that fit the size of my comforter. I've looked at so many websites without any luck, and I'm feeling really frustrated and don't know what to do next.

I've been trying for weeks now to return this mattress. Finally got the RMA, but no one's getting back to me about scheduling the pickup. My RMA is about to expire and I'm starting to worry about being stuck with this mattress.
Mattress purchase
I bought a mattress from this company and they sent me the wrong one not just once, but twice. The customer service was no help at all, and now I'm stuck with a mattress that I didn't even want, and definitely not worth the $900 I spent on it. I wouldn't suggest this company to anyone.
