School uniform order
I ordered my son's school uniform from this company not too long ago, but I wasn't happy with what I got. The material they used felt cheap, and after a few washes, the sweater I bought was already falling apart. The prices were too high for the low quality of the products. So, I won't be buying any more uniforms from them.

Recent purchase disappointment
I bought some new bedding recently, thinking it would make my bedroom nicer and help me sleep better. But man, it's been a letdown. At first, I was pumped about all the cool stuff they had, but things went downhill fast. Even though I did everything that customer service told me to do for an exchange, I'm still here waiting for my replacement items. This whole situation has really made me think twice about this brand and their customer service. Here's hoping I get my order soon and things start looking up.

Necklace purchase
I just bought my girlfriend a necklace for her birthday from this store. The staff there really helped me pick out the perfect gift, which was great. The packaging was also nicely done, which added a special touch to the whole experience. My girlfriend adored the necklace, so we're both really happy with it. Thanks for helping me find such a wonderful gift for her birthday!

Free Trial
I signed up for a free trial of Real Estate Property Investing. I get a call the next day from a rep trying to push the toolkit on me. I repeatly declined. Our phone call got disconnected and he never called me back. I checked my bank account and I was charge $54.99 WITHOUT any authorization. They STOLE my money. I cancelled my free trial right away after speaking with the rep. He made it seem like a scam and it was a scam. I started a ticket to start my refund. They have already said no. I will continue to express my concerns until I receive my hard earned money back.
They did the same to me TWICE. I am so angry. Finances are hard during this pandemic and there was never any formal communication about the payments. I am looking to take legal action. Fed up.
