Clothing items
The clothing I bought was such bad quality, like I've never seen before. The fabric seemed cheap and the stitching was sloppy. And when I tried to return the stuff like it said in the order paper, the customer service was totally MIA. I sent a bunch of emails asking about how to send things back, but never heard back from anyone. Man, it's so annoying to just be ignored like that. I'd tell anyone thinking about buying from this company to really think twice because even though their website looks good, the actual stuff is a letdown.
Choir jumper
I'm really upset with the service I got from this company. I bought a sweater online and it never showed up. I waited two weeks, then checked on my order, and found out they cancelled it without telling me why. And to top it off, they still charged my credit card for something I never got. Now I'm stuck trying to fix this mess and deal with not getting what I wanted.

I had a really bad experience with my online clothing purchase recently. I bought three items, but two didn't fit anyone in my family. When I tried to return them, I was told I couldn't. The third item that I could return cost me $8 for shipping, which was taken out of my refund. I hardly got any money back, so I felt like I wasted my money. I'm very upset about this and won't be buying from them again.
Earrings purchase in August
I ordered a pair of earrings from this place back in August, and let me tell you, it was a complete nightmare. I never got my order, and when I asked for a refund, I didn't hear anything back. It's obvious to me that this business is a scam and I would recommend staying away from it. It's so annoying to see companies trying to cheat customers like that.
School uniforms purchase
I just bought some school uniforms for my granddaughter. It was easy to order them, and I thought they would be sent out within 2 weeks, after getting embroidered. But when I checked after 2 weeks, they hadn't even started processing the order and couldn't tell me when they would be shipped. My granddaughter had to change schools unexpectedly, so I tried to cancel the order. They wouldn't let me cancel, no matter what. So now I'm stuck with $300 worth of clothes that we don't need. It's frustrating that they couldn't be more understanding, considering the situation.
Incorrect order, slow customer service
I'm really not happy with how things went down at that store. It took forever – more than three weeks – for my order to show up, and when it finally did, it was all wrong. They wouldn't fix it until I sent back the stuff they sent by mistake, which meant waiting even longer. I had no choice but to make a whole new order just to get my stuff on time, then wait for a refund on the first one. And on top of all that, their baby clothes are way too big. Just added to my annoyance with the whole situation.
Outfit for tall kids
I ain't givin' my hard-earned money to this company no more. It took forever for my order to come, and when I finally contacted customer service, they had the nerve to say it was cancelled weeks ago without tellin' me. How is that okay? And don't even get me started on the fit of the clothes - they're horrible for my tall kids. The pants are short and baggy, even with the "slim" choice. I only buy from this company 'cause my kid's school makes me. All in all, a real letdown.

I got some school clothes from this store, eh, and let me tell ya, it takes forever to get your stuff! Even with schools workin' with them, it still takes weeks for the orders to show up. I mean, I been waitin' for 12 days now and haven't heard anything. I kinda wish my school used Land's End instead, they're way faster!
Twin girls uniform shirts
I was really let down by the quality of the uniform shirts I got for my twin girls. They were pricier than other choices and the material started falling apart after only a few washes. I've bought shirts from Children's Place and Bealls before, and they lasted way longer and held up better. Do yourself a favor and look elsewhere for better quality and cheaper options, like Children's Place, which you can also find on Amazon.
Online ordering experience

I recently tried to make an online purchase on your website and I ran into a big problem. The site froze while I was typing in my order and ended up doubling my order. I quickly called customer service to fix it, but they told me once an order is in, it can't be canceled. I was stuck with either waiting for the extra order to come and then sending it back, or talking to my bank to stop the payment. It was really frustrating and now I'm not too happy with how the ordering works.School uniform order
I ordered my son's school uniform from this company not too long ago, but I wasn't happy with what I got. The material they used felt cheap, and after a few washes, the sweater I bought was already falling apart. The prices were too high for the low quality of the products. So, I won't be buying any more uniforms from them.
Embroidered clothing order
My experience ordering an embroidered piece of clothing from this place was so disappointing. I ordered on August 2nd, and today, on August 31st, I still don't have my item. I mean, c'mon, it had embroidery, but waiting this long is just not right. The customer service was terrible - no updates on my order and when I asked about it, all I got was generic responses. They didn't even try to help speed up the delivery when I asked for express shipping. I won't be ordering from them ever again, that's for sure.
School uniform polos
My first few times ordering weren't great, with lots of cancellations, but I gotta say, things got better after that. The polo shirts are top-notch quality and last a long time without getting all faded or stretched out. The website is user-friendly and ordering is easy peasy. They've got a great selection of sizes and colors, so every student can find just what they need.
Pullover sweater purchase
I just bought a pullover sweater for my son at this store, but they sent me the wrong size, eh. When I called to sort it out, I talked to a supervisor who was super rude. They didn't even hear me out, just hung up on me twice and blocked me and my wife's numbers. The way they handled this whole thing was terrible, can't believe how bad their customer service is, eh. Totally disappointed, for sure.
Strawberry supreme French toast
I ordered a strawberry supreme French toast, eh, but they sent me plain toast instead, bud. I phoned to get the right order sent out, you know, but it's been over a month and I still haven't gotten it, eh. Every time I call, they say they'll get back to me in 3 to 5 days, but they don't, you know. My order was supposed to come in 7 to 10 days, but it's been way longer, eh. Customer service is really bad, they need to do better, eh. Shame on them, bud!
Eggs and cinnamon toast
So I ordered this dish called eggs and cinnamon toast and I was really looking forward to trying it out. But when I got my order, the eggs were all runny and the toast was soggy. Ew! And when I asked for a refund because of the bad quality, they refused to give me one. Not cool, man. Plus, the shipping costs were way too high. I mean, who charges that much to ship food? Ugh, I definitely won't be ordering from them again. It seems like they're only concerned about making money and not about their customers. Zero stars, seriously.
