So, I bought some clothes from LN-CC not too long ago. The online shopping was alright, but I gotta admit, their app could use some fixing up 'cause it glitches here and there. The stuff I got was good quality, just like they said on the website. But, when my order came, the box was kinda beat up and the tape was halfway off. Made me worried about what shape my clothes were gonna be in.

I bought this tough cup not too long ago and it was a real bummer when it accidentally fell just 3 feet and cracked. I contacted customer service hoping to make a warranty claim but they basically told me tough luck - literally. Apparently, the cup isn't actually meant to handle any impacts, even though it's advertised as "rugged." The rep mentioned that they only test it to be okay for the dishwasher and for scuffs. I was pretty let down by the lack of durability and the response I got from Stanley, so I think I might switch over to getting a Yeti product instead.

I've been shopping here for over a year now and I gotta say, the quality is top-notch and the prices are really reasonable. And let me tell you, the customer service is amazing, especially shout out to Shari!

I just found out that I was charged over $400 for a subscription I never even signed up for. I don't have any accounts or subscriptions with this company, yet they still took that amount from my account. I went through all of my emails and there's no mention of this website anywhere. After reporting the scam charges, I had to go and get a new bank card. It's obvious that this company is up to no good and needs to be shut down right away.

I got the Shark 2 pump about 18 months ago and it was awesome for blowing up my SUPs and Kayaks. Lately, I've been having some problems with how long it takes to inflate and the pressure. So I contacted customer service, and they got back to me right away. They asked me a couple questions, figured out what was wrong, and then sent me a new pump super fast. Their help was amazing and I'm really happy with the service.
