Bag purchase
Buying a bag from LN-CC was a pretty smooth experience. I got the bag, but it ended up being too small for me. So, I had to return it. Despite that little hiccup, everything from shipping the bag to getting my refund went really well. I was impressed by how they handled the return process with such care, and I gotta say, they were quick to give me my money back. The only issue I had was that the package was a bit damaged when it arrived, probably due to rough handling during shipping. But that's not really LN-CC's fault. Overall, I'm happy with the service I got from LN-CC and wouldn't think twice about buying from them again in the future.
My first LN-CC purchase
I recently made my first purchase from LN-CC and I gotta say, I'm super happy with what I got. The selection of stuff on their site is so cool and the whole shopping process was smooth and easy. Fragile tableware, flimsy box, torn packaging
My experience with LN-CC was alright, but I was a bit let down by the way my delicate tableware was packaged. When my order arrived, the box was all ripped and flimsy, and one of the bowls was barely wrapped in bubble wrap. It didn't seem like enough protection for fragile items during shipping, and it seemed like it was just luck that nothing broke. I liked the quality of the products I got, but I really hope LN-CC works on their packaging to make sure delicate items arrive safely in the future.
First-class service, cancelled order
I bought something from this store recently and I gotta say, I was pretty impressed with their top-notch service. The delivery came super fast and the stuff I got was just like how it was described on their website. But, there was one hiccup - I placed another order but it got canceled cause they didn't have it in stock even after I ordered. It was a bummer, but at least the customer service team kept me in the loop. Even though that happened, I'd still think about shopping with them again.

So, I bought something from this store recently and man, was I let down! I was so pumped about getting this item, only to find out a few days later that they didn't even have it in stock. It was annoying and made me feel like I had just wasted my time. And to top it off, when they finally told me it was out of stock, I saw that it had sold out at other places too. The whole communication was lame and it really sucked to miss out on getting the item. Overall, my experience with this store was a huge letdown and I probably won't be shopping there again anytime soon.

I was really ticked off because I didn't get my stuff for like a whole week after ordering it! I kept sending them emails, but they never replied. Like, what's up with that?! But then, magically, my package arrived today and it's super nice and pretty! So I'm feeling good now. But they still gotta work on communicating with their customers better.

Oh my gosh, can you believe it? I got the wrong color tee AGAIN! Last time, they even sent me the wrong size, total bummer. I was really looking forward to my Martine Rose tee in white but got stuck with this funky yellow one instead. Why does this keep happening to me?

Eh, so yeah, I just got my new shoes from LN-CC! I ordered them on Monday and they showed up at my house yesterday. Super fast delivery! The shoes were in perfect condition in their original box, which is totally awesome. The only thing that bums me out is that the delivery person left them on the first floor when I live on the 2nd floor. But overall, I'm really happy with my purchase, eh!
