Birthday gift order delay
So I bought a birthday gift online and chose the express delivery option, figuring it would get to me in 2 days. But, wouldn't you know it, after 3 days the package still hadn't even been sent out. When I reached out to customer service, they said there was a holiday in Italy messing things up. That meant my order wouldn't show up by the end of the week, which was 4 business days away. They promised me a refund of the 15 quid I paid for express delivery. Fast forward a week, and the website was still saying my order was "processing," meaning it hadn't budged. Honestly, I thought this whole situation was just ridiculous.
Leather jacket purchase
I just bought a leather jacket from LN-CC and their customer service was top-notch. The jacket came quickly, but there was a little issue with the stitching. I got in touch with LN-CC and they were so helpful, offering to exchange the jacket or give me a full refund. They even worked with the manufacturer to fix the defect for free. DHL Express didn't deliver my package to Germany; the tracking stopped in Italy. I reached out to support but no response, so I decided to open a case with PayPal. Still no luck. This was my first and final time purchasing from this company.
Damaged bag, expensive, specific occasion
I recently bought something from LN-CC, but I wasn't happy with how things turned out. When my bag came, it had scratches and damages on it, which was a letdown because I spent a lot of money on it. I couldn't return or exchange it because I needed it for a specific event, so I just had to deal with it. It's not cool to see expensive stuff being sold in less than perfect condition – it feels like they don't care about the money we work hard for. Stores should remember that we work hard for our money, and it's not right to sell damaged things. LN-CC should make sure everything they sell is brand new, unworn, and defect-free in the future to avoid disappointing customers.

I was finally impressed with LN-CC for my last purchase. My order showed up earlier than I thought, which was a nice surprise. It looks like they fixed their issues with shipping from last time when my order got canceled. I'm really pleased this go-around.
