Kinda decent, had doubts

Overall

Was skeptical, now daily

Late-night lifesaver

Product

Needed help with bad back, product feels comfy, arrived really fast

Porch surprise

Product

Used daily — comfy grip, coffee-first ritual.

Relief at the doorstep

Product

Needed strong bags for a move; when I opened them and everything was intact I sighed — genuine, solid gear.

Nice find, eh

Product

Loved it — arrived fast and honestly better quality than I expected, nice stitching. Saw it on Instagram.

Pleasantly relieved

Product

Walked in a bit skeptical after bad buys elsewhere, but when the box arrived pristine — sneakers spotless — I relaxed.

Relief after the move

Checkout

Needed relief for my bad back after moving. Ordering was clunky, but I was convinced when they called and included a pillow.

Sceptical but pleased

Product

Bought it on a whim and honestly was braced for a fake. Paid $250 plus about $50 customs into Canada, which I expected. Bag arrived as pictured and feels authentic. I use it daily for work and quick errands; it holds everything.

Tipped my sister, then surprised

Service

I first saw it on Instagram and tipped my sister. Was sceptical, but customer service sorted a hiccup and delivery arrived fast, so I'm pleasantly surprised.

Surprised but pleased

Delivery

I actually paused when I saw "ships from Dubai" — but it showed up in under two weeks to Vancouver and the designer bag is in great shape. Service was straightforward. I was a bit wary because of past dodgy sellers, but pretty happy overall.

Little win with a bag

Delivery

I opened the box and grinned. The bag looks even better in person — solid stitching, nice weight. Delivery was on time too, which was a surprise after past shops messed up orders. Smooth process, I'll buy here again, happy it worked out.

Rainy Yonge surprise

Product

Halfway down a rainy Yonge Street I fiddled with the "make an offer" button and — surprise — it worked. I had been hunting for a reliable vintage bag after a cheap knockoff wrecked my back strap, so comfort mattered. The leather smells right, the strap sits soft on my shoulder and it handles my commuter load without fuss. Trustworthy source, happy buyer.

That moment I smiled

Price

I remember opening the box and actually smiling — the bag looked exactly like the photos. Prices felt fair and it showed up faster than I expected. If you're buying from the U.S., double-check import duties and extra carrier fees first. Still, for what I paid it felt like a good find. Would buy again.

Little delivery win

Delivery

I first spotted this place on a buddy's Instagram and told my sister to give it a shot. Delivery turned out to be quicker than I thought, same week even, and the driver was friendly. Customer service actually rang to confirm an address and sorted a tiny mix-up in minutes. They even slipped a small sample in the box — totally unexpected and nice. Ordering was straightforward, price felt fair, not dirt-cheap but reasonable. Support followed up by email too, which surprised me. A couple small hiccups, but handled well.

Long-term reliable pick

Service

I'm convinced this is my go-to for pre-owned luxury, after a decade plus using them. I first spotted them on Instagram back when I was window-shopping and a coworker actually tipped me — glad they did. The team is consistently patient and practical (Harsh, Tatsiana, Yasmin, Morad — names I remember), they answer questions, they sort issues; not flashy, just steady. Buying and selling is straightforward, fees are fair-ish, and delivery is prompt. Small hiccups happen now and then, yeah, but nothing major. Feels more like dealing with dependable people than a cold platform, and that matters to me. I've recommended them a few times.

Not perfect, but I’ll be back

Tracking

I was kind of surprised how fast the two luxury pieces arrived — I started using one as my daily work bag and it’s been solid. Had a hiccup with Canadian/US customs and messaged the team; they answered the next day and actually kept checking with customs until it got sorted, which calmed me down. Fair price for what you get, though tracking updates could be clearer. Still, I’ll order again soon.

Stitching gave it away

Product

don’t buy without independent authentication — it’ll save you hassle. Buyer beware, honestly. I wish I’d checked first.

Little win, big frustration

Price

I only found out there might be customs or extra charges after the order was placed, when the courier contacted me. Customer service kept saying "check the product page" like that magically solves it. Honestly, most people don't comb through every product page for hidden fees, and being bounced back to that line felt like they were avoiding answering me. I called a few times, sent emails, and every reply pointed to the same spot on the website. That lack of clear billing info was the thing that really frustrated me — it made the purchase feel risky and kind of slimy.

Small wins, big annoyances

Service

good delivery, decent product, but a customer service team that treats you like you’re asking for something unreasonable. I kept shopping for a while because the pieces are nice, but I’m a lot more cautious now and I double-check everything and confirm with support before I hit buy. Not flawless, but usable — until they fix the pricing/accountability mess, I won’t be as trusting.

Late paperwork, big hassle

Returns & Refunds

“we’ll sort it.” Days passed, UPS kept nagging me, and the whole thing just hung there.
Eventually the invoice showed up and UPS attempted delivery. Then came the shock: they wanted about $340 to release the package. I checked the tariffs myself — for a $250 item customs and duties shouldn’t be anywhere near that amount; at most a few dozen dollars from what I’ve seen with other companies. So clearly something else was being charged. I told TLC customer service this, pointed out the numbers, and they replied that customs fees are my responsibility. Fine, I agree with that in principle, but not when the fee is 150% of the item value.
After more back and forth and assurances that “this will be handled,” I refused the delivery and told UPS to return the parcel. Then it got even messier: TLC said they would not issue a refund until they physically received the returned item. That’s logical to a point, but the package had never been in my hands, so the delay felt like they were washing their hands of responsibility. About six weeks after ordering, with no refund forthcoming, I filed a dispute with my bank. That’s what finally got my money back.
So, a couple of takeaways: the delivery and customs handling was a mess, and the seller’s customer service was slow and circular. I’m relieved I got my money back, though it shouldn’t have taken a bank dispute. For comparison, other retailers I’ve used sort customs paperwork quickly and are upfront about likely fees. This one was a runaround, and it cost me time and nerves.
