Smooth ordering, delivery hassle
My experience with THE LUXURY CLOSET was a bit of a mix bag, I tell ya. Ordering was a breeze, just like before, nothing to complain about there. But then came the delivery snag. This time around, they wouldn't let me reroute the package to a pick-up spot, which was a major bummer. I mean, c'mon, not everyone can be home all the time to get deliveries. It was a bit of a headache, to be honest.
