TrackingI was kind of surprised how fast the two luxury pieces arrived — I started using one as my daily work bag and it’s been solid. Had a hiccup with Canadian/US customs and messaged the team; they answered the next day and actually kept checking with customs until it got sorted, which calmed me down. Fair price for what you get, though tracking updates could be clearer. Still, I’ll order again soon.
