Package purchase for 5 photos
I just bought a pack with 5 pics from a stock image site 'cause I needed one for a project. But guess what? I totally blanked on the other 4 pics. Only realized when I saw my account that a whole year had gone by. Bummer, right? Also, kinda annoyed 'cause they didn't shoot me any emails as a heads up about the rest of the pics I still had in my pack. Feels kinda sneaky, like they're tryna squeeze some extra cash outta forgetful folks like me.
Hidden fees
Be careful when signing up for this service because there are hidden fees that might surprise you. I missed the end of the free trial and ended up getting charged, which was totally my fault. But when I tried to cancel, they hit me with a big cancellation fee. I reached out to customer service and at first, they didn't really help me. It wasn't until I followed up with an email that they properly addressed my problem. Not only did they refund the cancellation fee, but also the monthly charges I had already paid. It's important to watch out for sneaky fees and keep a close eye on your account to avoid any unexpected charges.
Stock photo purchase
So, I recently bought some stock photos on this platform, and let me tell you, it was a total disaster. I put in my card info, got hit with a charge outta nowhere, and then ran into all sorts of problems trying to cancel my subscription. And on top of that, they slapped me with cancellation fees. Talk about feeling ripped off big time!
I bought some pics
Eh, so I got these pictures from this place, right? It was all good until they went ahead and took money from my bank account without giving me a heads up! It turns out they were saying it was due to someone using a stolen card to buy stuff, but come on, couldn't they have given me a heads up first? Not cool, eh.
Vector graphic image subscription
I just bought a subscription to download vector graphic images for 15€ a month, thinking it would save me money compared to paying 30€ for a single image. But, man, was I let down when I realized I could only get raster images, not the SVG files I was after. And to make matters worse, when I tried to cancel, I was smacked with a 45€ cancellation fee because apparently, the plan was for a full year, not just month-to-month like I thought. This whole thing just soured my mood, and now I feel like I completely wasted 60€.
Subscription without delivery
I was having this problem where I kept getting charged for a subscription but not actually getting anything out of it. It was really annoying to see those charges on my account and not get anything in return. Then when my payment didn't go through because of not enough money, the company finally reached out to me, making me even more frustrated with their lack of communication and service.
Unauthorized charges for 19 months
I had a similar thing happen to me not too long ago. I got charged for a service that I never even agreed to in the first place. Even after I told them about my situation, they just kept on charging me month after month without my say-so. Dealing with companies like that can be so annoying. Like, don't they care about their customers at all? It feels like they're just taking advantage of us.
AI App Subscription
Totally ridiculous how this company makes you cough up cash for their AI app without letting you even test it out first. I got sucked into it and instantly regretted it. The service was lousy, the AI wasn't nearly as good as they boasted. It's obvious this company is just after making as much money as possible. Such a letdown. And as if that wasn't enough, when I tried to cancel my subscription early, they had the audacity to charge me even more. What a rip-off.
Unauthorized charges
My experience with this service was super disappointing, eh. I thought I was just signing up for a free trial, eh, thinking I'd only get charged if I actually downloaded some images. But, lo and behold, I was getting charged every month without even being told, eh. And get this, I hadn't even downloaded a single image, eh. This sneaky billing went on for 5 months before I caught on. And they even charged me a cancellation fee when I finally ended my account, eh. All in all, I felt ripped off and pretty darn frustrated with this service, eh. I'd definitely recommend others stay away from it to avoid getting played like I did.
Subscription trial experience
I tried out the subscription trial, but then found out there was a sneaky cancellation fee that I wasn't told about. It totally felt like a scam and didn't sit well with me. I'd suggest to others to stay away from this service to prevent any surprise charges. It's just not worth taking the chance.
Stock photos
So, I wanted to get some cool photos for my school project, you know? But turns out, once you sign up for something, it's a major pain to cancel. And then they keep charging you, even if you don't want it, which is super annoying. I just want my pics and move on, you know? Hopefully, AI steps in and makes them better or whatever.
Customer experience nightmare
I recently tried to cancel my account but had some major issues trying to reset my password. I got this weird email about a password change that I didn't even approve. The customer support was not very helpful and communication was pretty bad.
Hefty cancellation fee
I recently had to cancel my subscription because money's been tight, and I couldn't believe they hit me with a big cancellation fee. It just doesn't seem right to punish people who can't keep up with the costs, especially since it doesn't cost them a thing to cancel the service. It really rubbed me the wrong way and got me thinking about whether they truly care about their customers.
Unwanted Subscription Charges
I just found out that I was charged over $400 for a subscription I never even signed up for. I don't have any accounts or subscriptions with this company, yet they still took that amount from my account. I went through all of my emails and there's no mention of this website anywhere. After reporting the scam charges, I had to go and get a new bank card. It's obvious that this company is up to no good and needs to be shut down right away.
Subscription charges
As a customer, I had a terrible experience with my subscription charges, eh. I bought a subscription, then decided to cancel it, only to still see charges popping up, eh. Even though I went through the whole cancellation process, the charges keep showing up on my credit card statement, eh. This lack of transparency and not listening to what customers want is just not cool, eh. I would hope for better accountability from a company that's supposed to be reputable, eh.
Monthly subscription disappointment
The monthly subscription model is such a scam. You end up losing the images you paid for if you forget to download them that month. And on top of that, you have to wait until they feel like activating the download option. When you try to ask them about it, they request irrelevant personal information and close the chat on you if you keep pushing. I would recommend staying away from this at all costs.
Stock photo purchase
So yeah, I bought a stock photo from this online site and man, the customer service totally let me down. I tried to get some help and got different answers from different people, plus I couldn't even talk to a manager about my issues. The way the customer service folks acted was just not cool - no professionalism at all. I wouldn't suggest using this company again for anything, that's for sure.
Trial subscription
Eh, so as a marketing person who relies on different sources for content, I thought I'd give this photo service a shot with a trial. The ordering part went fine, but it seemed like they were more focused on pushing the perks of the subscription rather than giving me straight-up info. When I tried to cancel, it felt like a total drag - left me feeling frustrated and turned off. I like it when things are clear and I have options, but that wasn't the case here. Ended up going back to my regular sources for content because I just wasn't feeling this photo service, eh.
