Not worth the hassle
Not worth the hassle
TrustAvoid it, honestly — not worth the headaches. Used it last week for a client mock-up; looked fine at first, but the licence terms are a nightmare, ugh.
Logged charge, shady sales
Logged charge, shady sales
TrustWoke up to a charge from them and honestly my first thought was not again. They keep pretending the sales team is some kind of legal unit and then call every year saying your account isn't set up — pressure tactics. Buying credits felt opaque, tiny footnotes and surprise fees popping up later. We cut them off ages ago, but somehow they rebilled an old subscription that doesn't even show on our account, and this isn't the first time. Customer service answers but mostly just repeats the script, didn't fix the charge. Delivery of promised fixes or items was slow or non-existent. Images were low quality too. Compared to other companies I've dealt with, this was way more annoying than helpful.
Package purchase for 5 photos
Package purchase for 5 photos
TrustI just bought a pack with 5 pics from a stock image site 'cause I needed one for a project. But guess what? I totally blanked on the other 4 pics. Only realized when I saw my account that a whole year had gone by. Bummer, right? Also, kinda annoyed 'cause they didn't shoot me any emails as a heads up about the rest of the pics I still had in my pack. Feels kinda sneaky, like they're tryna squeeze some extra cash outta forgetful folks like me.

TrustEh, so I got these pictures from this place, right? It was all good until they went ahead and took money from my bank account without giving me a heads up! It turns out they were saying it was due to someone using a stolen card to buy stuff, but come on, couldn't they have given me a heads up first? Not cool, eh.
Unauthorized charges for 19 months
Unauthorized charges for 19 months
TrustI had a similar thing happen to me not too long ago. I got charged for a service that I never even agreed to in the first place. Even after I told them about my situation, they just kept on charging me month after month without my say-so. Dealing with companies like that can be so annoying. Like, don't they care about their customers at all? It feels like they're just taking advantage of us.
Unauthorized charges
Unauthorized charges
TrustMy experience with this service was super disappointing, eh. I thought I was just signing up for a free trial, eh, thinking I'd only get charged if I actually downloaded some images. But, lo and behold, I was getting charged every month without even being told, eh. And get this, I hadn't even downloaded a single image, eh. This sneaky billing went on for 5 months before I caught on. And they even charged me a cancellation fee when I finally ended my account, eh. All in all, I felt ripped off and pretty darn frustrated with this service, eh. I'd definitely recommend others stay away from it to avoid getting played like I did.
Subscription trial experience
Subscription trial experience
TrustI tried out the subscription trial, but then found out there was a sneaky cancellation fee that I wasn't told about. It totally felt like a scam and didn't sit well with me. I'd suggest to others to stay away from this service to prevent any surprise charges. It's just not worth taking the chance.
Unwanted Subscription Charges
Unwanted Subscription Charges
TrustI just found out that I was charged over $400 for a subscription I never even signed up for. I don't have any accounts or subscriptions with this company, yet they still took that amount from my account. I went through all of my emails and there's no mention of this website anywhere. After reporting the scam charges, I had to go and get a new bank card. It's obvious that this company is up to no good and needs to be shut down right away.
