Graphic assets purchase
I gotta say, I was actually really impressed with the graphic assets I bought from this website. And hey, adding more nature sounds to their collection would totally take their already fantastic pieces to the next level. Overall, Pond5 is doing well, but there's always room for improvement.

Music clip purchase
The music clip I bought was amazing. The quality was excellent and it was exactly what I needed for my video. But when I uploaded the video to YouTube, I ran into a big problem. YouTube said there was a copyright issue with the music clip, saying I didn't have permission to use it. Turns out, someone had taken a bunch of legit music clips and made a new song, then uploaded it to YouTube as their own original music, pretending to own the copyright. And my clip from Pond5 was one of the ones falsely claimed.

Unused downloads policy
I just found out that my extra downloads don't carry over to the next month, and it bummed me out. Talked to a chat agent and they said I can roll over up to 20 downloads from my 10 limit, but any extras are gone. It's something, but still disappointing because it feels like I'm wasting money on months when I'm not using the service.
Audio file purchase
The audio files I bought from this website took a bit longer to get going compared to other sites I've checked out. I also noticed there was a lot of repeating stuff in the files, which kind of got on my nerves. It would be great if they had some color coding or some way to mark those repetitive files so we don't have to keep listening to the same thing again and again.

I was really impressed with the variety of clips they have on this website.
