Subscription Package Issues
The website looked good at first with lots of pictures to choose from, but I got annoyed when I found out about the hidden subscription plans. Even though I tried to be careful while using the site, I ended up getting signed up for a plan that I didn't want to buy. That's not cool at all and it can surprise customers with unexpected charges. The automatic renewal thing just made me more frustrated and caused more problems with my subscription. The company did agree to give me back the money they charged me, but by that point, the damage was already done.
