App & PortalThe website design can be a little tricky with cookie preferences. It feels like they want you to say yes to cookies instead of saying no because there aren't clear options to turn them on or off. Also, they gave me a promo code, but I couldn't figure out how to use it when I was checking out. Not being upfront about these things might not end up saving customers money in the end. But on the bright side, I did like how many images I could choose from and being able to pick the resolution was a nice touch.
