ComplaintsI just found out that my extra downloads don't carry over to the next month, and it bummed me out. Talked to a chat agent and they said I can roll over up to 20 downloads from my 10 limit, but any extras are gone. It's something, but still disappointing because it feels like I'm wasting money on months when I'm not using the service.

ComplaintsThe music clip I bought was amazing. The quality was excellent and it was exactly what I needed for my video. But when I uploaded the video to YouTube, I ran into a big problem. YouTube said there was a copyright issue with the music clip, saying I didn't have permission to use it. Turns out, someone had taken a bunch of legit music clips and made a new song, then uploaded it to YouTube as their own original music, pretending to own the copyright. And my clip from Pond5 was one of the ones falsely claimed.
