Totally worth it, honestly — I needed help because my lower back was acting up and after a rough move before I was bracing for the worst; was halfway hauling the couch when these folks showed up, handled it gently, on time, fair about the price, and I’m really relieved and grateful it actually went smoothly.

I was having this problem where I kept getting charged for a subscription but not actually getting anything out of it. It was really annoying to see those charges on my account and not get anything in return. Then when my payment didn't go through because of not enough money, the company finally reached out to me, making me even more frustrated with their lack of communication and service.

So, I wanted to get some cool photos for my school project, you know? But turns out, once you sign up for something, it's a major pain to cancel. And then they keep charging you, even if you don't want it, which is super annoying. I just want my pics and move on, you know? Hopefully, AI steps in and makes them better or whatever.

The monthly subscription model is such a scam. You end up losing the images you paid for if you forget to download them that month. And on top of that, you have to wait until they feel like activating the download option. When you try to ask them about it, they request irrelevant personal information and close the chat on you if you keep pushing. I would recommend staying away from this at all costs.

So yeah, I bought a stock photo from this online site and man, the customer service totally let me down. I tried to get some help and got different answers from different people, plus I couldn't even talk to a manager about my issues. The way the customer service folks acted was just not cool - no professionalism at all. I wouldn't suggest using this company again for anything, that's for sure.
