I liked the site at first, but my account was suspended out of nowhere and they never said why. I sent a bunch of emails and got silence — really annoying. The marketplace itself can work, but customer support doesn't. After some rough experiences with other platforms I moved my art to Gumroad and Ko-fi and felt safer. I'm glad it turned out okay, but still annoyed.

I recently tried to cancel my account but had some major issues trying to reset my password. I got this weird email about a password change that I didn't even approve. The customer support was not very helpful and communication was pretty bad.

Eh, so as a marketing person who relies on different sources for content, I thought I'd give this photo service a shot with a trial. The ordering part went fine, but it seemed like they were more focused on pushing the perks of the subscription rather than giving me straight-up info. When I tried to cancel, it felt like a total drag - left me feeling frustrated and turned off. I like it when things are clear and I have options, but that wasn't the case here. Ended up going back to my regular sources for content because I just wasn't feeling this photo service, eh.
