Subscription charges
Subscription charges
ReliabilityAs a customer, I had a terrible experience with my subscription charges, eh. I bought a subscription, then decided to cancel it, only to still see charges popping up, eh. Even though I went through the whole cancellation process, the charges keep showing up on my credit card statement, eh. This lack of transparency and not listening to what customers want is just not cool, eh. I would hope for better accountability from a company that's supposed to be reputable, eh.
