Customized product cancellation issue
So I had this whole thing happen with a purchase I made online that was a total letdown. I got 3 things from this company, one of which I got customized. But then I saw a better color for it on another site, so I reached out to the customer service team to cancel the customized thing. They sent me an email saying it was canceled, so I went ahead and bought it from the other site. But when I got back from my trip, all 3 items were there, and they hadn't given me a refund for the one I canceled. I showed them the emails proving I canceled it, but they wouldn't admit they messed up. It just bugs me that they won't own up to their mistake and follow their own rules, especially since they're supposed to be all about the customer. I'd tell people to be careful when shopping on that site, 'cause you might not get the help you need if something goes wrong.
Thermos and coffee cup purchase
I just bought a thermos and coffee cup from this company, and let me tell you, I'm super impressed. The quality of the products is top-notch and they really live up to their claims. The thermos kept my drinks hot for hours, and the coffee cup is great for when I'm on the move. I even took the thermos up north of the Arctic circle for a test, and it performed amazingly well, all thanks to the quad vac technology. I would definitely recommend these products to anyone looking for reliable drinkware.
Delayed order
I can't believe how bad the service has been from this company. I ordered something weeks ago and still haven't gotten it. Every time I ask about it, all I get is vague answers and promises that it's coming soon. The tracking number they gave me doesn't even work. When I called customer service, they said they sent out another package with the same useless tracking number. It's pretty obvious that this company doesn't care about getting orders to customers on time or giving us the right info.
3 cups
I got three cups and they all broke. Every single one of them. The first one got replaced back in the summer of 2023, and now it's almost summer 2024 and I still haven't heard anything about getting the other two replaced. Like, seriously? I've tried contacting them five times since January and every time they just ignore me. Not cool, Stanley, not cool at all.
Return issues about a product
So, I like, ordered this thing online and when I got it, it was totally not what I wanted. But they, like, won't give me a refund or even reply to my emails. It's been over a month now since I sent it back and still nothing. If they can't handle all the refunds, then like, why are so many people returning stuff?
Water bottle purchase
I ordered this awesome water bottle online, but when it got here, it got stuck with the delivery folks because they forgot to put my house number on it! I've been trying to get it sorted for days now, but nobody's answering my emails. They don't even have a phone number to call! It's super frustrating when a big company messes up like this and then doesn't even try to help fix it. I should've checked out all those bad reviews before I made the purchase.
Purchased a rugged cup
I bought this tough cup not too long ago and it was a real bummer when it accidentally fell just 3 feet and cracked. I contacted customer service hoping to make a warranty claim but they basically told me tough luck - literally. Apparently, the cup isn't actually meant to handle any impacts, even though it's advertised as "rugged." The rep mentioned that they only test it to be okay for the dishwasher and for scuffs. I was pretty let down by the lack of durability and the response I got from Stanley, so I think I might switch over to getting a Yeti product instead.
Camping set ordered, received instead of 5 quenchers
So, I ordered this set of quenchers from the store, but guess what showed up? A camping set! Nope, not what I wanted at all. I called up customer service right away, and they were quick to send me a return label. Sent those camping items back the next day and made sure they got them. But here we are, 5 weeks later, and still no refund or my quenchers. Tried calling them, but nada. Their emails? Generic and not helpful. Man, I'm really let down. Used to think highly of this company, but not anymore.
Customize tumbler with wrong engraving
I just bought a personalized tumbler from this company and I gotta say, I was really let down by the service I got. When I got my order, I was honestly surprised to see that it had someone else's name on it. So I contacted customer service to explain the mix-up, but all I got back was a kind of dismissive response basically saying it was my own fault for putting in the wrong info when I ordered. I couldn't believe they wouldn't own up to their mistake and help me out. I definitely wouldn't have asked for someone else's name on my cup, and the fact that they wouldn't fix it is just not cool.
Water tumbler order
I ordered a water tumbler on November 30th and got charged on December 1st, but I still haven't gotten my order. I've tried calling several times, left complaints online, and haven't gotten a good response. This company really needs to work on their customer service, and if I don't get my money back soon, I'm definitely reporting them to the Better Business Bureau.
Recent Stanley purchase
I just bought something from this company and ran into some problems with communication and delivery. Even though I bought it on time, I still haven't heard anything about the status of my order or gotten any responses to my questions. It's frustrating to not hear back, especially since I paid for everything right away.
Refund delay issue
I gotta tell ya, I've been waiting way too long for my refund from a recent purchase I made. They said it would take up to 10 business days to process, but it's been over a month now and still no refund in sight. My bank is even telling me to do a chargeback because of the crazy long delay. It's really disappointing to see such a big company dropping the ball like this. I really hope they sort this out soon so nobody else has to deal with this mess in the future.
Stanley cups purchase
I recently bought a set of cups online, and it was a real headache. I got an email confirming my order after paying, but then another email came saying it got canceled because of fraud suspicion. I was super frustrated because I had already paid and now I was stuck without the cups or a refund. And to top it off, the store didn't even bother to explain what happened. I definitely wouldn't recommend buying anything from them, seems like a sketchy site.
Adventure Quencher Travel Tumbler and Classic Legendary Bottle
I bought the Adventure Quencher Travel Tumbler and the Classic Legendary Bottle back in May, and I've been using them a lot ever since. I have to say, these products are really great. They're super easy to clean and they keep my drinks hot or cold for a really long time. The tumbler is great for when I'm out and about since it fits perfectly in my car's cup holder. Living in the blazing hot Miami weather, it's awesome to have products that keep my drinks ice-cold even in the heat.
Customized Tumblers
I figured I was being smart by getting customized tumblers as gifts for my pals. But let me tell you, dealing with this company has been a total nightmare. I put in my order back in early October, and they said it would be ready in no time. Well, fast-forward to three months later, and I still haven't gotten anything. I've tried contacting customer service a bunch of times, but I've just been met with crickets. Finally, at the end of November, they got back to me asking for changes to my artwork, only to ghost me again without giving me a clear shipping date. It's Christmas now, and I've got nothin' to show for my order. I'm definitely gonna ask for a refund and take my business elsewhere.
Impulse purchase regret
I made the mistake of buying something on a whim and right away wished I hadn't. I asked for a refund and they kept putting it off, first saying it would take 10 days, then changing it to 14 days out of nowhere. The fact that they weren't keeping me in the loop or being upfront about things really bugged me. I'll definitely be more careful about making snap decisions when it comes to buying things from now on.
Leather wallet purchase
I got a leather wallet from this company, but it ended up going to the wrong address. I reached out to customer service for help, but they weren't much help fixing the problem. Now I'm in the middle of disputing the charge because I still haven't gotten my wallet. Really disappointed with how this company dropped the ball and didn't take responsibility.
Cup ordered in December
Eh, so I ordered this cup at the beginning of December, you know? And then I didn't get any updates on my order, so I sent them an email asking what was going on. But, you know, they didn't even reply for weeks! So, in January, I was like, "I want a refund" and still didn't hear anything. It took them another two weeks to finally email me back, saying they were working on my order, but then they ended up just giving me a refund. Like, seriously, eh?
My order was a backpack
So, I bought this backpack from this one place and I was so pumped to get it. But gosh, the track and trace thingy was all mixed up and I had to wait forever to get my backpack. I shot them an email three times and it took forever for them to get back to me. Finally got my backpack after they sent it out with a different carrier.
