    Camping set ordered, received instead of 5 quenchers

    So, I ordered this set of quenchers from the store, but guess what showed up? A camping set! Nope, not what I wanted at all. I called up customer service right away, and they were quick to send me a return label. Sent those camping items back the next day and made sure they got them. But here we are, 5 weeks later, and still no refund or my quenchers. Tried calling them, but nada. Their emails? Generic and not helpful. Man, I'm really let down. Used to think highly of this company, but not anymore.

    The coding lessons I got online were super informative and easy to follow. I really like the fact that I can learn at my own speed and whenever I want.     Coupon codes not working

    I was trying to use some coupon codes while checking out, like 'New10' and 'SAVE10', but they didn't work for some reason.     I tried out the demo and liked it, so I decided to purchase the full version software. I was pretty excited, but once I got it, I realized it was not what I expected. The full version had limited features compared to the trial, which was a big letdown. One major issue was that it took a crazy 11 hours to export videos, and even then, they wouldn't play properly. I reached out to customer support, but all they could say was to update my drivers. I did everything they suggested, but it didn't fix the problem.

    They promised a fix, but the download link they sent was broken. Two weeks later, still no solution. It felt like they were stalling on purpose, so I couldn't return the software within the 30-day window. Dealing with tech support was a nightmare. They just kept repeating the same advice to update DirectX, drivers, and reinstall the software, ignoring that many others in the forums were having the same issues. This whole experience has been beyond frustrating and disappointing.
