Easy-to-use curling iron
I've been struggling to curl my hair for ages, always getting frustrated and burning my fingers or arms in the process. But let me tell you, this curling iron has been a game changer! It's so easy and effortless to create beautiful curls now. I'm still working on sectioning off my thick hair, but I've definitely seen improvements with each use. Couldn't decide between the 1 or 1.5 inch barrel, but luckily got both on sale for the price of one, and it was totally worth it. Now I can play around with different looks and styles. And can we talk about the customer service? It was top-notch. I had an issue with my email address, but the rep I chatted with fixed it right away and even re-sent all my confirmation and tracking info. So happy with this purchase!
Great products, excellent service
I really loved the products I got from this company. The scents were amazing, and the beachwaver itself went beyond my expectations. It was super easy to use and gave great results every time. I signed up for a 3-month autoship, but when I got the shipping notification, I realized I wasn't quite ready for more product. I took a chance and emailed them asking if I could delay the shipment for a month. Surprisingly, they replied the same day and were able to cancel the shipment and refund me. I was impressed by how quickly and efficiently they handled my request. It really showed me that they care about their customers and provide excellent service.
Black Friday order mishap
I recently had a little trouble with an order I made on Black Friday. I know it's a crazy time for businesses, but even with all the holiday chaos, the customer service team at this company really stepped up to fix things. They went the extra mile to make sure everything was sorted out, and I'm super thankful for all their hard work. They not only have awesome products, but their top-notch customer service really sets them apart. I definitely recommend this company and a big thank you to them for coming to the rescue!
Online purchase error correction
I just bought something online, eh, and I messed up the shipping address, don't you know. I only noticed after I got the order confirmation. I started to stress out, thinking I was hooped, especially with those Black Friday deals. But, turns out, I was pleasantly surprised by how quick customer service got back to me by email, eh. They fixed up my address pronto before shipping it out. I dodged a bullet, eh, and avoided a pricey mistake.
Great hair products
I got this amazing hair stuff online and it leaked during shipping, but the customer service was awesome. They sent me new ones for free! The sprays smell amazing and work wonders on my hair. I definitely recommend them!
Defective curling iron

I recently bought a hair styling tool from this company, and sadly, it didn't work for me. But, when I got in touch with customer service, Emily was super quick to help me out. She sent me a shipping label and gave me lots of great support along the way. I really value their top-notch service and how much they care about their customers. Helpful customer service
I just wanted to share about my experience reaching out to customer service recently. I was really lucky to have Sonia help me out - she was so knowledgeable and quick in responding, which helped solve my issue right away. Not only did she get everything sorted out efficiently, but she was also really kind and helpful the whole time. I'm really thankful for all her support.
Improper address entry
I messed up and put in my old address for shipping, and I only realized it after checking on my order. So I contacted customer service right away, and they sorted out a new order with the correct address. Not only was the service super fast and easy, but the communication was top-notch. The people I talked to were really nice and helpful too.
Bought two curling irons
I picked up these curling irons a few days back, and they were $99 each. But then I noticed they were selling for $79 each, so I decided to shoot the company an email. Surprisingly, they got back to me really quickly and refunded me $40. Now I'm feeling pretty pleased with myself, and I even have some extra cash in my pocket!
Pin broke after 4 months
The Beachwaver was really good at first, but after a few months, the pin broke and it became hard to clamp my hair. I managed to fix it for a while, but now my hair won't stay in place and the rotating function doesn't work properly. Pretty disappointed.
Hair products
I've been using their hair products since November 2023 and I absolutely love them. The customer service is amazing, they always quickly respond to any issues or questions I have. I even got some products for my sister and mom for Christmas, and they love them too.
