But after that, it's like they disappeared off the face of the earth. I tried calling and emailing their customer service multiple times, but got no response about where my order is or even a tracking number. These were Christmas gifts, and the way this company is handling things has really let me down. I won't be rushing to order from them again, that's for sure.
